Here, we got so many Pm's asking about voting rules, so here we are posting it again. We have finalized few categories and you have to vote according to the category, if you only comment like "Entry 1 is best one" or anything like this, IT WON'T BE ACCEPTABLE. Please make sure your votes are under the given categories. Multiple voting NOT ALLOWED, means - you can't type ENTRY 1 & ENTRY 2 in one category. But yes, you can repeat Entry number like - if you feel ENTRY 1 is best OS as well as Emotional OS or anything which you prefer, you can write the same ENTRY number in different category.
