I was guessing this after watching Romi-Sachi track since the beginning.
Romi was feeling inferior as he did not complete his studies and his wife Mihika is an MBA. He, not having degree is no new news as he did all possible scams while he was studying, hence couldn't complete his pg.
It was not a problem for him earlier, may be after he got married to Mihika, he got this ego problem as Family also made fun of his studies once. Old Romi might not take it serious, but this is new Romi who was been trying to prove himself in front of family, brother etc etc that he is not useless anymore.
So, he met Saachi in some different situation, and what we can see is She is a very nice girl.. MBA topper[gold medalist i guess], she was in love with some boy but her guy left her to pursue further studies in US and she cant do the same as her financial support is less.
Hence I m assuming Romi n Saachi has some deal to teach MBA subjects to him without anyone's[family's] knowledge and he will pay for that. Sachi agreed as she needs job at that time, and also she is sweet in nature[that bar incident] and now she got job, hence she wants to continue in career. but Romi is not agreeing, as she will leave him in middle...and he will nt be able to complete what he wants to do.
