I am guessing this is the 'morning after' yest sequence where shsgun saud she did all this to bring pihu closer to ishita😆.so ishita had to ask maafi...ishgun are not like ishra na..they immediately discuss and resolve their issues and apologize immediately without waiting for the other to take the first step etc😆

Btw this reminded me of bhooth track end when raman got bed tea with roses for ishita. .awww. .now will cvs redo all ishra scenes with ishgun😳
