Mr. Bhalla has been shown to be understanding what others are ignoring. Shagun 's irritation at every step taken by others. He is understanding that his family is playing with her emotions mercilessly and they are surely going to pay for it.

actually mr. bhalla is seeing that everything is nt right
everyone is ignoring shagun since ishita's entry
and shagun is getting frustrated
and as some one said her,he wl be the one to make everyone realize their fault when shagun becomes negative
