After lots of thought finally raman dial ishita num it ring ... on seeing unknown num ... the wonder who it could be then she think of raman n pick it n say hello with her soft sweet voice ... which make raman remain silent after hearing her voice ... her heart recognize him ... she say hello again .
I : Raman , i know it you why you are not talking ? , you want only to hear my voice n dont want me to hear yours ? " .
R : Ishita i was afraid you may not talk to me , for not attending appa funeral , after two n half years im hearing your voice properly , which has same tone n sweet too " .
I : Why i would not talk to you ? , its ok you may be busy in your work , i was waiting when i could hear your voice raman , i was missing your voice n was missing you too " .
R : Ishita even i was missing you a lot , i was craving to hear your voice , may i ask you a quest ? " .

Next day morning abhi got a call from Dr bhatra who inform him ... he arrange a meeting with another best Dr Tanya Malhotra who came in delhi along with her patient n she is staying with other name ... he send him the address of the hotel where he will met her ... he thx Dr bhatra .
Ishita who was getting ready in full of swing way ... abhi come other there n saw how she was looking stunning in a black backless with only a lace n sleeveness black gown ... she did a middle hair style ... with a light make up ... abhi know where n whom she is going to meet ... raman has already take his permission to him ... he agree n was happy for ishra to met on same day which they were separate ... he go near her n praise her beauty in mirror ... she told him if he wont mind ... he said no n ask her to live that moment enjoy it with full of love ... he also told her clear every thing to raman ... he told her he love her ... she stay quiet ... he kiss her on her forehead n said he dont want her respond , he wish her rose day with yellow rose again same as the last time they celebrate it ... she too offer him a yellow rose ... she hug him n thx him too understanding her .. he pray for both happiness even knowing what can be his future destiny .Raman was in white shirt n light brown waistcoat n trousers ... with clean shave ... looks so handsome hot ... he has smile on face with a hope to clear every thing n start a new fresh life with happiness ... divya stare him how he was happy on meeting ishita on same day which they has been part away ... she go to him n wish him rose day with a pink flower ... she was in emotion n hug him on saying ... dont let ishita go this time hold her n start new fresh with her ... he hug her for the first time n said he will not let her go this time ... he want to live this day with full of happiness which he was waiting for to be with ishita n to confess his love ... he want her to know she was his love n will cont stay in his heart for ever n ever until his last breath ... he was in emotion with wet eyes ... he give divya a dark pink rose ( means thank you ) ... they broke hug he wipe her tears n ask her to send him with smile ... which she did to him with so much of emotion from heart ... she pray for ishra happiness n most for raman .
Raman who came to pick ishita from her house ... he praise her beauty attire n have a smile ... he met abhi both hug they were in a normal way ... abhi ask him to take care of her n ask them to start a new start with happiness on giving her hand to him with wet eyes n ask them to go they leave ... both reach near a hotel beach ... where raman has booked whole hotel for them ... when she walk different roses petals was falling on them ... she was impress n touch on his gesture on this rose day... when they enter inside only roses all around all types of roses which has fragrance all around ...the decor was beautiful with music n his songs was played ... she was happy n thx him for this moments to make her feel special ... before he make her sit ... he offer her a bouquet of only of res roses ( means my love are for you is limitless ) she smile n thx him ... he give her another two roses ( means lets us be together ) now the last one he bent down n forward his hand with a red rose to her ( means i love you you are the one for me ) ... she take it from him n thx him for all flowers ... she too wish him with a red rose n make him sit ... both was lost in other eyes with so much of intense attraction of love .
Abhi went to the hotel where he has a meeting with the Dr tanya ... he ask reception on her name they point where she was sitting on giving him back ... he go other there with file of his patient ... he take her name n thx her to meet him ... he was still standing from her back n said ...
A : Tanyaji , actually i need your advise on my patient case , i know you are good in this , so wanted to share this case to you , it very important n close to me as its my wife ishita case , she is suffering from blood cancer " ... he was in tears while talking on it with other one .
T : shock face on hearing him said ishita suffer from blood cancer n turn stand n turn to him " Ishita too is suffering with cancer abhi " .
A : got another surprise n shocked on seeing Dr tanya is actually divya raman wife " Its you Dr tanya , not divya raman wife , why you said ishita too ? " he pose n " Oh no not raman , its means he is a cancer patient whom you accompanist him , now im sure you are not his wife right tanya ? " .. he felt a relief on thinking raman is still not married .
T : With sad n tears " Yes we are not married but only friend n im his doctor , he only ask me to act like his wife in front of ishita which im doing n have to be with him , he is suffering from brain tumor n he is in last stage cant do any thing , that why i ask him to live his life with the one whom his heart beat for even knowing she is another man wife " .
A : In giggle smile" What a destiny both got han , both are in dead border suffering with almost same illness , n both wanted to sacrifice their love to give other one life wow , actually even me n ishita are not really a couple im with her only to support her n to treat her as we are best friend , we act as a couple in front of peoples n most for raman , its was all ishita plan , im just supporting her , but today i ask her to live n enjoy that moment with raman her love , see god know both could not stay without other one n he give both same illness n their chance of lives are same , such a love both are meant to be together right " .
Both look at each ever with a relief as both ishira love are eternal n divine both are made for each ever ... they sit abhi told her after appa dead ishita was all broken as raman did not come back ... she was staying quiet in pain shattered ... she was giving her pain on thinking due of her she lost raman for ever ... she started to get high fever n fall down or remain unconscious ... after doing lots of test they found out she got blood cancer ... she was all broken on it she blame herself on saying its god punishment to her as she hurt raman hurt ... they try to treat her but in vain its start to be late ... she ask me to act as he hubby for this we did a fake court wedding ... she wanted to not let raman know on it n for him to move on with some one else .
Tanya said raman was leaving for delhi when he suddenly lost conscious her bro who is raman manager call her secretly ... both take him to hospital due of high fever she could not let him go any where ... they did some test n found he has brain tumor ... he was all shattered of the news ... his treatment start but he stop as he wanted to die in front of ishita n in her arms ... he make her act as his wife to make ishita to move on on thinking he cheat her ... that why he could not attend appa funeral n decide to shift here to be near ishita ... both decide to let ishra know on it then both can start their remaining live together with love .
