The much awaited lovemaking scene between Raman and Ishita turned out to be disappointing. Seriously, we waited all along for THIS?

Fans were ecstatic when the news of Raman(Karan Patel( and Ishita's(Divyanka Tripathi) consummation scene broke out. The two have been married since a long time now but still hand't consummated their marriage. Hence it's obvious that IshRa fans were looking forward to the couple's lovemaking scene and so were we! Good news folks, Raman and Ishita have FINALLY consummated their marriage! The bad news however, is that Raman and Ishita's intimate scene wasn't up to the mark at all! Let's just say, we wasted our time in waiting for it and should have lowered our expectations.

The scene started with Ishita waking up from her drugged sleep and asking Raman on where the two were. Raman started yelling at Ishita, stating that she was in a drugged state and wasn't aware of what was going on. Soon began a heated argument between the two where both criticized one another for their behaviour at the party. Ishita called Raman heartless for not noticing her and realizing that she had dressed a certain way to please him. Raman on the other hand stated that he hated that she changed for him and liked her the way she was. The two then stretched the pointless argument further and we started looking at our clocks, waiting for something big to happen. And it did. Raman kissed Ishita all of a sudden, to stop the fight. And how was the kiss you may ask. Well, it was a fail!

The two weren't shown locking lips. Instead, Raman and Ishita posed as if making out, with a long shot giving an impression of the same. LOL, we never knew 2015 could visit the era of 90s in matter of seconds. Why not show a simple peck if not a full blown smooching scene? We agree it's a family show but times are changing and if a lovemaking scene has to be shown, it at least should have been done the right way!

Then followed a series of boring, typical and predictable moments where Raman kissed Ishita's forehead, her eyelids, her hands and blah blah. He took her to the bed and right when we were about to expect a steamy scene, the two got under the covers. WHAT?

Now we weren't expecting the two to go all out but the entire consummation scene seemed mechanical rather than steamy or real. Raman and Ishita came across as rehearsed and surprisingly lacked a sizzling chemistry. All in all, IshRa turned us off instead of turning us on! The wait was certainly not worth it.
