nice post. legally no one has rights on raman's company except raman n after him to his wife n kids.but i think raman instead of making ishita scape goat for love for his family ,he might ve discussed n involved his family mems n might given shares to parents,romi,simmi n major share to ishita as mihir as ceo already has shares of d company n giving some responsibilties to simmi n romi in d company n telling ishita will manage so tat securing all futures r both parties sit,discuss n might taken decision instead of raman taking sole decision n making ishita as sole owner n making her scape goat in d name of love for her n for his family as it's natural all will blame n torture ishita.

First, he made this will in a hurry since he thought he was leaving the world soon.

And second, he doesnt think Simmi/Romi are in a position to take responsibility for themselves at this moment. Didnt you hear what he told Ishu the other day? Some money he had transferred to Bhalla Ji's account, Romi had spent all of it in a jiffy.

So his siblings havent yet proved their mental maturity and foresight, to be honest. How can the guy trust them?

But considering that he was about to leave the mortal world soon, and had to make a will, there was ONE person he could trust would take care of everything behind him. Ishita. His wife.

So he did the one thing he could do in a minimum time span, without attracting too many invasive questions from his family members and he did that. He knows Ishita will give people their rightful places.

And pray, what will Bhalla and Toshi ji do with the shares? At this age, they will get involved in share management? Doesnt seem likely. Also, Romi might end up emotionally blackmailing them and getting hold of the same when he goes back to his old ways.

So am absolutely in agreement with what Raman did.

The family just needs to calm the heck down and be patient, and wait for Raman's reasons to unfold before making those assumptions and getting all suspicious and and nasty and offended for no reason.

I am so loving this track. Bhallas have always seemed like wackos to me but at some level I can recognize that people on soaps need to act out of character in order to bring in different storylines and 'morals'. So that for me explains Mr. Bhalla's sudden impatience and unwillingness to find out what actually happened. Or Simmi and Romi just sitting around not bothering to clear their Dad's misunderstanding. They need to think a lil selfishly..am relieved that atleast we can expect some privacy😆

Bechara Raman...all his life he's lived for family. And this is what he gets. KP is totally kicking a$$ in these epis since the whole fatal disease MU (which by the way I also loved because I just can't take an indian soap seriously so this type of comedy works for me). KP is TOP NOTCH in all these scenes...flawless..not to mention, looks so YUMMYLICIOUSLY HOT😆 Also, Bhallas are in general, a pile-on ungrateful family...and deep in my heart, I feel it would serve them right if IshRa were to live separately for a while

One point you made that really hit the mark for me was Raman's reliance on Ishita. For maybe the first time in his adult life he's had a true partner. His parents of course helped raise his kid while he went through the dark phase but he couldn't really lighten his burden with them. And Shagun would have been the same kind of museebat Rinki is on Mihir now. But Ishita...shes his rock, emotionally, mentally, financially. He can relax knowing his kids are taken care of. And he can love life freely without fearing a heartbreak (until the inevitable leap but poor Raman has no clue about that). Absolutely! For the first time in his life, Raman seems to have got someone in his life he can freely pour his feelings into...good and bad...I remember how we CRINGE when Raman asks Ishu to get lost and dafa ho jao and this is my house, get out..and stuff like that..and CRINGE EVEN MORE when we see Ishu's back on speaking terms with him...it may sound extremely insulting to many, and I dont blame anyone...but Ishita is the rock..the anchor...shez like a gentle breeze...like a sponge who soaks it all in...she KNOWS deep down Raman doesnt mean it...and when love starts and grows from these rough spots, it continues to grow stronger coz its already braved the harsh winds...Theirs is no fairy-tale peachy romance...promising the moon and the stars...its grown inch by inch...gradually..and hence, we love, love love it!!👏

Finally, I'm totes loving this whole IshRa against the world scenario.

P.S. One thing I'm confused about is what did he exactly sign over, the company itself or his shares in it? company...poori company, as far as I remember

A damn fine example Anju...have read that book...its ONE MIGHTY journey...thickset, daunting...and when I started it, I was like, "Arrgghh!! Will I ever finish this?" Such tiny print...

anyway, the book shows how collectivism can bring about the ruin of family units, industries and in turn, society. And how individualism is most essential to bring about that spark in society...also, for ages and ages the weaker, lazier section of the society has been living off the benefits accrued from the sweat and blood and mental strength of the lot of the society that does BEYOND what it needs to do..

in short, people have always taken advantage ...and family is the place it happens the most..and you cant even stop it coz they say the same cliche things, "You are strong...I am sure you can take it"

Its high time people stopped abusing other's strengths for their own selfish reasons

Good insight view of the episode. Its too much drama from Mr. OP Bhalla, and he wrote the will on Ruhi long back misunderstanding Raman but why not in Romi or other daughter's name at that time. Even though he mentions that he don't mind the company name in ishita it appears like he is hurt by this fact. If Raman has written the will on Adi and Ishita as guardian will it be of less tension in the parivar as they prefer GKC?

Anyway I like the current drama (more than to be called a track) compared to last few months torture. Still annoyed to see the appearance of pure soul devi Shagun on screen. As I don't know her (character not the actress) presence of time scale I just can't change the channel also because I missed the following screens yesterday after tuning the channels.

Rinky - no words CV's usual way of ruining the beautiful characters and I am waiting for the turn of Mihir.

Just out of curiosity, will a day comes when Ashok turns to be purest soul on YHM world (certainly not at the end)

If this were senior bhallas company or the bhallas ancestral property, only and only then does rinki or any other bhalla sibling have the right to question raman...but its not..this is a startup company tht raman has intitiated from scratch..did the bhallas contribute to it? Hell, have any of the bhallas botherd to find out how raman managed to get money for rinkiz wedding? Does anybody contribute to even the household expenses? I dnt think so..raman has been doing everything single-handedly till date...and now this ungrateful brat waltzes in to demand explainations abt shares in ramanz company? Also if senior bhalla had money enough to pay for installment of the flat, then why did he not pay for rinkis wedding? Why did Raman have to actually stoop down to working for Ashok then? And the bhallas attitude towards ishita surprises me to no end..they turn bipolar as per situation...every fricking time...wen all is well, ishita is an angel..and at first hint of trouble, even natural calamities are her fault? Toshiji does it every time...now rinki madam and Mr. Bhalla also started...wud serve this ungrateful family well if Raman and ishita actually packed their bags and left this bunch to fend for themselves...

So RIGHT you are Anu!! Aise toh the Bhallas are least bothered HOW he manages that money, where he gets it from...as long as he is running the household expenses...right from scratch...and Rinky was having a gala time in Australia because of Raman..she wanted a damn destination wedding and Raman was willing to spend on her, despite working like a slave for Ashok...

And yes, you have been more daring in your expression...but yes...the Bhalla siblings should really get off their backsides and do something to secure their future, instead of depending on every dime that comes their way...from Raman's end... look at Simmi...bahut badi badi baatei kar rahi thi that she wanted to be independent and all...she wanted to tak up some business course...wat happened to all that?

And Bhalla ji is showing tashan now...saying how he has saved up money and he can take care of himself...pray, why wasnt he USING that money for Rinky's wedding or running the household...he needn't give much, but he could have contributed...

such an ungrateful family this is...they really dont deserve the good fortune of living with such a son and DIL...aise toh Ishita ki bahut tareef karte the Bhalla ji...and now he feels Raman has become Joru ka Ghulam??

Aku... beautiful review..u covered it all...really... beautiful... both days..back to back...have nothign esle to say...but i wanna slap rinki so hard...n hug puttar and wanna let him...everythign will be alright...but then again hopefully mihir n ishita will take care of the respective jobs...😆

i alwys knew rinki is immature...it was just a trophy for her...she is not in lvoe with mihir...it is more abt right than love...n not the status attached with it...poor guy mihir...i feel so bad fr him..shagun, mihika and now rinki...he alwys has to pay a price for other's stupidity...
