Raman at work, the investors says to increase profit lets use low quality products. Raman refuses saying, he'll get his profits the amount he needs and that too legal, but in no way will he agree to do any illegal job.

At the hotel, ACP catches hold of some drug dealers for whom he was there on a mission. And there is a huge fight. The goons come and put a gun on Vandu's head. Mihika screams for help from the ACP. Abhishek smartly throws a dish on the goon and he falls. A huge fight follows.

Mihika thanks ACP for the help and he says its just my job and leaves.

At home Ishita complains to Raman about Adi and says how can he be angry with me? He was wrong so I had to scold him. Raman says that you are right but that does not mean Adi is not right. You had no need to go and scold him in front of his friends. She says FINE, you both are right I am wrong. Raman says no baba you are right and Adi is right, I am the only one wrong. Ishita says no you're just politically correct always. Raman has to leave for work and is happy to escape her venting. She tells him to sort Adi's matter himself.

Vandu is narrating the incident to Bala and he gets jealous at her praises for ACP. And then Vandu says how she is sure now that Mihika has some feelings for ACP.

On the other hand ACP realizes that he was rude to Mihika. And thinks of meeting her.

The new investor for Raman is actually someone who knows Ashok. And he gets talking about how Raman is trying to teach him stuff in business. And he'll show him his place. Ashok tries to say he'll help him teach Raman a lesson, but he refuses sying its between him and Raman.

He's Vinnie's dad and he comes to know Raman called Vinnie's mom to convince her to let her come to the party.. They find out it was Adi who did this and he's angry.
