Raman: "Roz Skype mein dekhte hai naa..."

(I meets her everyday in Skype)


Abhi: "Skype! Raman...she want to see you in real..flush and blood"

Raman: "I can't understand your feelings, because I never felt so possessive about any woman...So I'd be the one to apologise...For not understanding your feelings and talking in that way."


Abhi: "Makhan lagana achi tarah aata hai yaar"

Raman: Chuckling, "I was serious...seriously..."


RAMAN'S HOME IN DELHI


Toshiji was on top of the world to see her son home after one year. She was serving him with delicious food thanking Abhi for the umpteenth time.


After having luch they chatted gossiped sometimes and Raman slept on his mother's lap while the talk was on full swing between A hi and Toshi. Raman decided to take a walk in the evening while Abhi chose to meet Ishita in the pretext of abike ride.


Ten minutes walk around the street, he reminicsed his childhood. How his mom played with him when he was so timid to hang around with other kids.


His attention diverted to the place from were the noise of bangles were coming. He so wanted to shrug it off but his face turned automatically towards the chill-chill noise. There he saw two beautiful ladies; One was so much of an enchantress.


RAMAN'S POV


When I was immersed in the memories of me and mummiji, I heard the noise of chudiyan(bangles). Obviously my focus shifted to that direction.

"I think it's programmed in my system"


Do ladkiyan dhi vahan. Lekin main sirf ek ko hi dekha.Aam tod rahe dhe dononmilkar.

(There were two girls plucking mangoes, but I saw only one)


I concluded that they are sister. Lambi aur slim pataka gudi ne aam todnevali ko kuch ajeebsa naam se pukar rahe dhe. Jaise ki kaua rothe hai, ka..ka..!

(Young tall firecracker girl called the one who was plucking the mangoes using a strange name. Likke the crying of crows, ka..ka..!)


Patake ko rehne do...

I turned my full attention towards the othe girl standing on the ladder. She was clad in a lavender colour silk saree with white and silver boarder. That fabric accentuated her curves so clearly that I could make out her size so perfectly.


She had pinned the pallu on the left side of her waist exposing a little milky skin as if teasing me.
Her hands were thrown upwards making her body stretched, causing the saree to uncover her left bosom. "Man...she is damn sexy"


When she flinched her hands even more upwards, I was eagerly ogling at the spot where the saree is moving away. "Kitna besharam bangaya hun main!"

(I've became so shameless)


I could see one of her bosom fully, but covered in a white blouse.
"Oh how lucky is that sheer material!"


My focus shifted to her waist where the fabric had moved a bit more because of her stretched body. The saree pinned on her shoulder was hauling back the cloth which covered her upper body while the pallu pinned on her waist pulled down the lower. "Such a teasing dress!"


It disclosed the enticing part of her body to my hungry eyes; her belly button.


I wanted to see it completely so I waited impatiently for the saree to clear my way. "Shani bankar khada hai saala saree"


I looked on stealthily while the saree was in my favour. However, because of OVER STRETCHING, the pallu on her waist loosened, and the cloth pinned on her shoulder spread fall, COVERING her completely.
"Oh Shit..." I think I cried out loud.

"Kaun hai...?"

(Who's that?)


Raman: "Err...mmm...Bhalla...Raman Bhalla."


"Toshi aunty ka beta hai...! Vahan kyun khade ho...Ap ayiye andar..."

(Son of To shi aunty! Why are you standing there...Come in)


Raman: "It's ok Miss Iyer...I gotta go"


"Ap ko kaise pata mera naam?"

(How do you know my name?)


Raman: "Actually...I don't know your name. Main bas address board padke..."

(I've read the address board)


"Oh...it's ok Mr Bhalla. I'm Ish..."


She couldn't complete her talk as her amma called out for her. She ran inside her house to check on her amma after excusing Raman. Raman heaved a sigh and turned to go but stopped when he heard someone calling him from behind by clapping. He turned to see the pataka watching him quizzically. He rolled his eyes asking "What's wrong?"


In an serious tone, "Meri naam nahi poochoge?"

(Won't you ask my name?)


Raman: Apologetically, "Oh...I'm sorry. Ap...ki naam?"

(Your name?)


"Mihika Iyer." She said proudly.


Raman: Smiling, "Nice name"


Mihika: "I know"


Raman: "Unki naam?"

(Hers?)


Mihika: "Akka ki?"

(Sister's?)


Raman: "Haan..."

(Yes)


Mihika: "Ish..." (Thinking of playing a prank) "Laxmi...Laxmi Iyer"


Raman: To himself, "Laxmi..."
