Yesterday night i cooked methi paratha/raita/curd rice, they dont eat rice in the night .. today beetroot sabji, arbi roast,arachavitta sambar,rasam,papad and no sweets :-)
now waiting for kids to arrive from sunday sanskar class then will eat and sleeep .

I make beet root subji the south indian way - boil beetroot,remove skin cut them into small cubes.
Then do tadka of mustard, urad daal,red chillies, kadi patha,heeng, mix the vegetable and add .turmeric and add dry grated coconut cook for 5-7 minutes .. my son loves beetroot , so every other weekend i make it .
I know parents visit from india u get the best sweets possible..also means i have to eat salads for atleast 3 -4 times a week to compensate for the sweets i eat 😆 and already my MIL has a list of fav kheers her son likes and i am going ur son will run and make up what about me 😆😆

Hehe...yup I just couldn't comment..As u see its my 12th class this year...so schools n tutions nd homeworks nd moreover I was down with fever from last two days...Also I thought I wouldn't be able to justify the beauty of SS by my words after seeing such awesome comments nd reviews by everyone...
