Oh my God your so right. It tkes a lot of time to write thse stories for some1 to just tke them away without even gvng credit. Just sad.

Some writers I've come across here watermark their word document, screenshot it and then post the pic online. That seems safer than no copy atm. No copy fails to work once you disconnect your net connection or so and members only is IFs not so sly attempt to gain users.

People for real. This is not for a grade or money..PPl just write,what is he big hooray and hoora about if someone steals your work...No one is a any big time author that they are going to write a best seller. Furthermore be proud that you have the power to write which makes it even better is someone steals your work...U know in ur heart of heart u wrote it them didn't...which means u have the potential,capabilities and that writing skills to write...Its better to focus on the important factor than the non-essential...At University, a lot of students share work,copy work, I even email my entire assignment to people some people will edit it and make it theirs some will even wholesale the entire assignment...But at the end of the day the lecturers know who can write and who cant..Not everyone has that gift...so instead be thankful let they steal words but they cant steal thoughts.

have you even written an os ever and seen it being copied on other places without being given adequate credit, and seen people respond to readers comments as if they wrote d story? Ok we r not paid, but we do put in a lot of hard work..u will understand how disgusting plagiarism feels to an author only if something similar happens to you.

The big hooray and hoora is that its still wrong when people steal your work. Does not matter if its done in the virtual world of a desi soap forum or in the real world.

Can I steal your identity? I mean, how about you top the University and hand your merit to me. That sounds fair. After all, it's just a piece of paper with your name on it. Let's put my name instead of yours. I'm sure you won't mind it.

It takes one comment to analyse a person and their thought process. And honestly my time, space and opinion is clearly not worth you.

And FYI, please Google plagiarism when and if you're free. What you talk about is helping each other or copying - both the parties are aware of what's going on and are in it together, plagiarism is a whole new concept.

Done!! This is not just with stories but with the edits too. I think I have recently noticed that one or two of G's edits have been shared by some random Insta account and no credits given to her..
