that's the biggest elephant in the room that we, the viewers, have been complaining about since Mani track...god knows when will the cvs take that route. It's hard to fathom that a couple who used to talk all the time, trust each other's decision ...now don't talk about stuff that is so close to their hearts and requires them to work together.
To play the devil's advocate here...they have never talked upfront about things related to them directly. From the Mihir engagement track to the accident track to the liscense track...both kept the truth from each other for various reasons. They do talk about issues about others (ie Simi-Param), and they have gotten better at expressing their feelings. However this decision-making they still do on their own - we saw this during the NYE fiasco & now with the Adi custody issue. Yes the situations are all different but the crux of the matter is they both have trouble involving each other in decision making.
They talk about the emotions leading up to a decision and the aftermath...but rarely do we see them make decisions together!
Just my quick POV though!

I agree with everyone POV on Ruhi's outburst! I think the Bhallas overestimate Ruhi's security and maturity, but she is a 7 year old who also has deep seated insecurities. Thus, a small outburst could be the push Ishita & Raman need to move mountains to get Ruhi back!
