Munna/Munni is great if you aren't afraid of getting diabetes from too many sweets! 😆

They're gearing up for a leap soon...so who knows when the next celebration will be! The last 5x I've seen the show, they've either had a birthday party, Godh Bhari, or wedding to plan! Even the "evil aunties" in Munna/Munni are hilarious...one of them reminds me of Bala's mom but with a little cleaner tongue!

Runaway show = Ekta's show on Zee = the show with the intelligent professor falling in love with a guy who could've given 2 ishes about her for some odd odd reason beyond logic! 😆

Halwai = Star Plus's other ridiculously long running show about a female cop (Diya..)

Runaway = Ekta's show on Zee where Neel is currently the bad guy (Kumkum...)

MATSH = Ekta's show on Colors with Hiten & Gauri (Meri Aashiqui...)

...I wonder what non-YHM fans would refer to YHM as...

Munna-Munni was cringe worthy because their one of their major dramatic points involved kids smashing the pooja coconuts, but heck...it was a break from than watching an abusive mother and a show with no semblance of happiness.

I love YHM but I need some happiness on TV too! Normally I watch a few American shows as my respite, but this week I took comfort in other desi TV shows!

Ayyo amma- I need to watch that scene at least to get a good laugh- Yeah I watch a bunch of american shows as respite too.

I really feel for the kids- They are paying a huge price for having the kind of biological mother that they have.

Finally saw the epi. I am not going to say much about Adi's plight coz it makes me tear up. All I can say is, once again, CV's- You guys have brought up a really sensitive issue- Please for heaven's sake- Do justice to it- Send a message.

Shagun- I have said enough. She is a being of the lowest order- if that was even possible- after the brutal way in which she spoke to Adi.

Ishra are going to overestimate Ruhi's capacity and strength. Tough days ahead. But I strongly believe that Raman- Ishita and the entire Bhalla-Iyer family's love cannot be that weak that Ruhi loses her way completely. She will show her anger- She will defy her mother and pretend to hate her- But she will yet be the same Daughter of Ishita's heart. She will be back to her parents. I just don't know how long the CV's are gonna milk this- I will watch till I can bear- then I will stick to the WU. I cant imagine watching this hatred for a long time.

P.S- When will these two start conversing about THEIR problems??? Will they ever?

LOL for so long I was wondering what is the munna/munni show. I cant believe you survived watching that show. But I have to agree with you its real light hearted and that show has survived long enough without having a major villain to the show. Kuddos to you for surviving that show😆

nothign much to add today... only thing i want to say is... i just hope n pray that raman doesnt decide alone about this drastic step... it will further break the trust ishita had on him n break ruhi ishita bond.. i just pray he speaks n reaches out to ishita rather than using treachery...

When u use treachery with ur spouse even for...z greater good... it feels like cheating...n as a wife its hard to trust u back... after already doing tht once...(deciding n not discussing with ishita abt adi custody)

But yes it is very difficult to be in Raman's shoe too... kis mor jaaye... indeed both are his eyes... how to choose... how to decide... poor fellow...

I watch it randomly when I come home, and when I watch it, even more of my snark comes out! Those shows are totally mindless and the fact YHM tries to compete with them is beyond my reasoning.

Also all this Shagun being compared to a witch makes me think of this scene from Harry Potter, where Mrs. Weasley yells, "Not my daughter, you 🤬" at Bellatrix...

If they are hell bent on showing Ishita vs. Shagun...I want Ishita to be Mrs. Weasley and show Shagun into her place.

It was indeed nice to read all reactions for the intelligentsia out here!

My two cents-

Adi indeed has become puttar's son- he too heard half the convo and then went into a crying fit ( no one loves me bordering on suicide) - did it not remind you of the Mani track- puttar hearing I love u then going on a drunken spree - she does not love me etc...

Dunno how others see this but for me this is Adi's eye-opening track plus his full acceptance of Ishita as his mother ( not aunty) - the first part is almost done today when he has seen through Shagun and he sees how much Ishita loves Ruhi! He will now look at Ishita's love for him ( since he will stay back due to Raman), so whenever he needs to take a call, he will prefer to live with Ishima!

Ruhi may feel bad for a moment but she will realize her Ishima must have a reason- Adi may help her to understand the situation!

Every time challenges are thrown at Ishra, there has only been positive progress - even though all tracks seem negative all over.

If you see the last six months or more, ever since Shagun wedding started - the Adi we knew then and the Adi we know now... no pain no gain - all of Shagun's planning and plotting to get back into Raman's life, to throw Ishita out, to show to Adi how bad a step-mom she is, etc... have all back-fired. Even though it seems like she has been winning, she has actually been playing a slowly losing war, while living in a delusion that she is winning battles! Shagun's hatred for Ishita is so deep rooted since she cant digest the fact that Raman has moved on in his life and actually loves some one else, NOT her!

With Divz being in a wheelchair for next 6 weeks or so, I dont see any great progress in romantic tracks etc, so they will keep showing us this for a while!

The only positive thing that drives me is that Ekta normally gives a proper honeymoon track and for this jodi no 1, we may have to wait a while longer still.

And the other most positive thing is Gan's thread where we can all rant and go to bed happily waiting for the next episode😆
