I have nothing to analyse or say for the episode - your pictures speak so eloquently words are not needed.

However, I would like to say one thing - if after watching this, all people can take away is that Ishita doesn't love Raman and Raman deserves better and Raman loves her unconditionally and she doesn't and yadda yadda yadda, then we must be watching different shows. Enough is enough, can people just stop it with the Raman v Ishita nonsense.

Apparently not...

That was the irrational fear of Ishita that if Ruhi is taken away from her , every good thing that happened to her also leaves her...

that is the reason I think she lashed out on Raman...fear of loosing him, fear of loosing them...

because Ishita attributes every good thing that happened to her- Raman, family, love - to Ruhi...

Every time Raman & Ishita behave human we see a who's right/wrong battle! One week it's Raman doesn't deserve Ishita and the next week it's Ishita doesn't deserve Raman. No wonder Desi TV shows typically make one or both of their leads perfect!

How can we choose sides on this matter? Most of the posts I read in this thread usually don't choose sides...we all have our favorites but we try to put ourselves in each of the character's shoes, making the discussions well rounded and more worldly.

There is nothing wrong with defending everyone's favorite character, but that doesn't mean the other characters are totally wrong. In this show, they have done such a good job of portraying everyone as grey (except maybe Shagun, Ashok, Param, & Suraj...but even for them, you can see how their behavior fits their chatacter).

Ishita is not that attached to Adi. She sympathises with him..she cares for him. she loves him yes..but she does that for shravu also. But Adi's existence/non existence in Bhalla House will not affect her. Shagun loves Adi in her own typical way. No i do not agree that she loves ruhi..she does not. But the father of these two kids..who wants both his kids with him..needs to suffer separation form any one of them. The father who is going to lose one of his child in any situation. The most helpless person right now in my opinion burdened with a guilt that will cease to leave him,. I cried for this man today ...

Ishita ..well what do I say..a woman who cannot become a mother ..is suddenly living a life of a mother becoz of this little angel..her outburst her fear ..her insecurities ought to come...wen some threatens take away that one role from her...

By no way i believe she loves raman less. ..had something have happened to raman she would have reacted in a similar hysterical manner..

My only concern are those pics where she is trying to take ruhi away... leaving everything back raman to probably end up in jail.even if she is stopped by some means or other...he wanting to take that step has disapointed me... I dnt support that.

Today's episode just broke my heart. It was an emotional maelstrom ! A mother on the verge of losing her child. Another one willing to trade her child for revenge, because she feels slighted by her ex-husband and his current wife. A father who due to his colossal error is on the verge of losing not only his child but his strength n support !

Today we saw a hysterical, heartbroken mother overtaking the wife. We saw a grief-stricken / guilt ridden man who by his one blunder, distanced not only his own child, but the woman who he considers his biggest strength.

Was Ishita right in lashing out at Raman ? I am not sure. Was her reaction OTT ? I am not sure about that too. It felt real very very real. I tried to put myself in her place and asked myself what my reaction would be in a similar situation, n frankly, I could not even imagine parting from my child. Just the thought of parting from her sent shivers of terror down my spine. So if someone tells me Ishita is wrong, I would want them to put themselves in her place. She lashed out at Raman the same way he did when he found Adi missing. Ishita is not thinking clearly just now. She is feeling lost and abandoned by the man who gave her, her biggest gift ! Her daughter !

I feel for Raman. He needs support too, and the person who is his biggest support has turned away from him. He is feeling lost and once again at a point where he does not know what is in store for him with regards to the woman he loves so much.

The flashbacks, showing Ishita and Ruhi were so beautiful ! And it was heartbreaking to see Ishita begging Shagun to let her be with her daughter ! The triumph on Shagun's face !

Ishita's refusal to accept that Ruhi will be leaving them was absolutely realistic ! That denial mode !

In reality, a lot of marriages crumble, when something happens to a child. A lot of parents are unable to deal with this loss ?

Will IshRa overcome this turmoil, and emerge stronger than before ? We will have to wait and watch. But it is going to be a heartbreaking, gut wrenching journey, not only for IshRa but for us too. Break out the boxes of Kleenex guys, we will need them in abundance !

Once more a standing ovation to DT, KP and the rest of the cast ! What an episode !

Didn't want to watch the episodes these days but I couldn resist...n of all days I had to watch this one... [:V:] I can't see anyone sad n this episode made me go back to one of those really sad days G di...:( I'm unable to get some sleep also! [:^(]

I loved everything about the episode n when I come online to catch up...all this non sense...:( I felt bad for Ishita and Raman...I felt terrible for Ru n Adi...how can anyone even talk abt who loves whom more in this type of scenario... [=((]
Raman said things previously and Ishu's saying things now...they both knew ki whatever the other said, he/she really didn't mean to say that...tho what's all the Ishu vs Raman going on here...

I'm scared for both of them now...If what I just read about the new OLV Abt police telling Ramu abt the dead bodies, he'll breakdown...as far as I understood the episode today, Raman was sorry, guilty and helpless seeing Ishu breakdown but in the coming episodes, I'm scared to watch the breakdown...if the CVs want to show us that... [=((]

N if he brings back Ru eventually, things may not be the way they used to be between these two...:(((

I'll share something, which I never ever shared with anyone G di...hope that makes me feel better...when Ishu brought Shagun home, I always thought where we would get a scene where Ishu-Raman romancing and Shagun interrupting them n feeling jealous...we got one...n I'm not kidding I had a dream abt a month ago, Ishu n Raman trying to get intimate n Ruhi comes knocking the door...we got one..( don't laugh at the dream abt getting intimate one [8-}] ) Now coming to the point, I had a dream last night, in which Ishu comes back to Ramu after everything is sorted n he's not in talking terms..when she argues abt him giving her a cold shoulder, he breaks down and asks her to promise him that she'll never leave him again and they both end up crying n Ishu promises him that she'll never ever leave him alone... [8-}]

Hope this dream also comes true...:( coz I can't see all of them being sad sad... [:^(]

Hope I made any sense...sorry abt the random bak bak Di...needed to get it out of my system so that I could start reading for my tests again...:(

Ishita is reacting as a mother on the verge of losing her child. It is the same for Raman. Did he not react exactly in this same manner lashing out at Ishita when Adi and Shagun moved out ? They are humans, their reactions are close to exactly how a parent behaves under untenable situations like this. Neither is right nor wrong. Ruhi defines Ishita's existence. And yes, their relationship is because of Ruhi. She is first Ruhi's mother, then she became Raman's wife !
