The problem with Ishita and Raman's relationship is that they have always placed other relationships ahead of their marriage even after realizing what they mean to each other. And along those lines, they have always dealt with things individually, rather than as a unit - whether it's because of their lack of trust in each other, or not wanting to hurt each other, that's a different discussion altogether but it is this very issue that has brought them to the crossroads that they are in right now.
From my perspective, what I see is an unhealthy attachment that Raman has towards Adi and Ishita towards Ruhi - although I do think the balance tips towards Ishita and Ruhi more because when it really came down to it, Raman was ready to be away from his son if it meant keeping his current family intact. The same cannot be said for Ishita though - if it ever came down to choosing between Ruhi and Raman - the choice for her is clear.
Raman is clearly equally responsible for what has happened as much as Shagun is - no one should sign on a piece of paper without reading it/ trusting a lawyer blindly. But when it really comes down to it, he is definitely more level-headed and more capable of handling the issue than Ishita is. While Ishita's reactions yesterday were completely justified, the Ishita they showed today was not. I will wait to see how the whole kidnapping thing plays out before commenting further on that.
This show has gone back to where is started - sirf Ruhi ke liye (at least where Ishita is concerned)
