It is shocking and unbelievably that a sane person would sign some random papers blindly. That to a top CEO like Ramu.

I actually didn't find a big blunder in that.. as photocopy was ready by his legal team, in most of the companies too, CEO's don't have the time to read each & every point in the stamp papers, when the legal teams says you are good to sign, they do it.

I have been a witness seen many such real life circumstances, in where some of the times bosses don't even have a clue for what their legal team is asking their sign for, as they believe in their subordinates blindly, which could prove costly .. that's another issue altogether 😆

If Raman signed the papers with out his legal council's green signal, then that would be a total different scenario.

What would be insane is .. if that lawyer threw away or gave away his photocopy back to Shagun.. as that would be the proof to submit to court about the proceedings to be fraud, actually Shagun's lawyer may be thrown out of bar council too for this breach of conduct, not only Shagun's contract becomes void but also will be put behind bars..
