Was leaving d job d right advice given by Ishita?

I mean I think she hardly knew much abt d problem, she quickly told Raman to quit! Maybe Raman cud hv worked things out, after all he had worked for d company for so long. Probably things cud hv sorted out with time/ with talking things out d right way. U need to be really convinced bfor u leave a job, especially something u hv nurtured for so many yrs..

But for drama sake on d show, i loved d twist. 😆😉

Agreed raman could hav done things n solved the issues. Bt when u knw ur being cornered n politics is getting played against u hw much ever hard h try u cant giv ur 100% 2 the job. U need hav a satisfaction in the work u do.

This I'm telling frm personal experience. U need 2 giv need get respect fr ur wrk n if ur nt getting then no use of wrking. N company is at a position coz of raman n his hard work , he needs respect n if ur nt getting wht use of wrking

I agree, but ramsn had been working under malhhotra for so many yrs.. dis conflict with him ws only recent, which cud hv been resolved probably, atleast given a try.

Yes ur rite bt u guess since the MD made this into a personal issue by bringing in mihir chances r unlikely, the since the time MD has come he is seems 2 find ways to letting raman down

Yaar, can't we give a break to Ishita? Whatever she does, even good for Raman and family, becomes a question to someone always. For once, just give her peace dear😆.
And, this is the 2nd time Raman is in conflict with Malhotra, 1st was about Mr. Iyer, that time also Malhotra dint want to believe Raman. I guess, that's enough for a self respected man to leave a job. Whatever Ishita advised him was perfect for RKB, don't know about other men like Mihir or Bala. Some things work according to characteristics.

Yes, any doubt in that? 😛 It's high time Malhotra should understand Raman's importance. He has been taking Raman for granteed these days. It was Malhotra he brought Mihir in this professional issue, making it a personal issue. The company is because of Raman, Raman is not because of the company and if you are not getting the satisfaction from your work then there is no need to do it as it will be a compromise.

Yes i think raman should resign.if he is not appreciated for his work and does'nt get respect he should just leave the job.
Malhotra has too much of ego he should know raman' s importance.
