No no what I meant was showing he's not getting a job for a prolonged period and getting depressed about it...and then Ishita does something miraculous and he ends up with his job...the typical desi soap route...that's what I meant.

Most regulars in this thread know that I dont like apologies. It was not about spamming it was just about Puttar wars which I felt had gone a bit overboard..I like to be honest and just let you guys know how the thread was looking from another perspective. that was just what it was. You guys are welcome to carry on #Puttar is mine wars..just please don't make it the central flow of discussion...that was my request. And one thing I don't get offended that easily...so I was not offended.

On a different note, I would not want Raman to quit so easily. No offense, this is purely my pov.

There are two major aspects in job satisfaction

1. The job that you do is the one that you really like to do and close to your heart.

2. The work culture

Raman's current problem is the second one. MD has definitely spoiled it but should not Raman fight back for his rights? Should not he show that he is the strength of the company and get back what he rightfully deserves for all the hard work that he has put?

World has enough Malhotra's everywhere. How long one can run ? Unless he is ready to set his own company, I think he should stand against his boss.

well to tell you the truth in real life in corporate world fighting against your boss leads to Raman's current situation where he's not fired but he loses the authority. For some one like Raman that's hard to digest..plus if he fought for his rights..that would have jeopardized Mihir's role in the project..That's why it makes sense for him to leave the job.
