I couldnt stay quiet any longer 😆 but this is what I was thinking of saying originally.

forget the Ruhi being a child part... the CVs made her do that in the presence of

a) Bala's mom who is a vamp yes, but repeats the same insults again and again??? did she not learn the lesson last time? Vamps should be a bit intelligent no ?

b) the Whole Bhalla clan cannot reply to Bala's mom ? What happened to Toshiji's Oye & Fitteh Muh dialogues ???

c) Bala and Vandu cannot stop her ? How can a sensible couple like this NOT speak up, even if it is his mother, and ESPECIALLY because she is his mother?

d) Raman Bhalla doesnt feel he has to stop her ? Where is Raavan ?

e) Ishita couldn't do it herself ? Where is Jhansi ki Rani or Kaali Ma?

f) Ishita's own parents didnt defend her ? Where is Amma ??? She can only hire plumbers and carpenters ???

I guess if there none of the above adults could do it, then it was left to Ruhi to stop Bala's mother from insulting Ishita

Drishti - i think Ishita character never opens her mouth when Injustice is done to her. She has been like that since the beginning. She always opens her mouth when someone tries to hurt her near n dear ones be it Ruhi, Amma/appa, toshiji (as we saw when she defended her saas to Bala's mom) or Raman.

I think its her own insecurity of not being able to stand forherself than weakness.

Lucky agree with u - None of the elders opened their mouth so Ruhi had to mouth those dialogues. Its similar to Lohri all over again where all the elders were mute spectators including Iyers who used to express their frustration over wrongdoings as seen in Param track 1 or Amma who blamed Bhallas for getting Param home (after molestation), Amma questioned Bhallas too when drunk Shagun walked out of Ishra bedroom first time n even this time she expressed her displeasure.

yes i was thinking same. remember her dialogue in yesterday episode that she is confident because of ruhi and raman?
raman challenged her that he wants to see if she can give back to subbus mom.

raman won 😉😆 she lost challenge and her speech of 2 lines proved as "thali ka baingan"
barking dogs do not bite. she is JKR only for raman and shagun . baki sab ke liye bhigi billi 😃

I just wud have liked if Ishita only STFU'd Bala's mom. Sometimes if u speak against injustice done to u the other person wont taunt u next time. 😕
