Hi G (I hope I can call u by this name)
afterwatching the episode I wanted to write a post mentioning exactly the same points as mentioned by you. I was so disappointed that I didn't feel like writing anything at all.
Raman has been my fav character. I would hate to hate him or dislike him. My fav character has been damaged beyond repair now. Nothing can justify his actions now. It's difficult to hate him bcoz he is the one who has given ishita so much happiness in many ways. The same man is a total opposite now :(
He is not the same man who had no qualms with his display of affection infront of aditya, who was so clear that aditya needs to know what ishita means to him. He is not the same person who wanted adi to know that ishita is his priority now. He is not the same person who took marriage vows with ishita to heal her pain.
Where is that Raman? He is going against all his words, vows n promises. today he is a man who had no issues with his wife apologising to shagun ( yes he didn't ask her but he didnt stop her either) but has a problem with uttering the word sorry to his wife. He is the man who once reprimanded ishita for giving a wrong pic to adi n now is committing the same mistake in the name of his son. He is the same man who vowed to respect ishita n now is ready to degrade her by agreeing to do the puja with shagun bcoz Adi asked him. What kind of magic does this boy has on raman that my fav raman has been completely changed that too for worst. Adi sheds tears n all his demands are fulfilled. Yes raman craved for his son's love. He wants him be with him. But at wat cost? At the cost of his wife's dignity? At the cost of the love his wife has for him? At the cost of his daughter. This is so unfair on ishita :( this is so disappointing. He actually agreed to do the puja? can it be worse than this? He is fine with yelling at her, blaming her, insulting apology, his wife being called a neighbour n now he's fine with sabotaging his wife's respect. For whom? For adi? For how long? Why is he so blind? Why?
Just bcoz he was away from him fr 6 yrs so Raman would agree to all his demands bcoz he fears loosing him again? Only person he fears loosing is Adi. Doesn't he fears loosing ishita n ruhi? This is so sad :(
Second thing that annoys me is that Raman always remembers to get something or other for Adi -- mango ice cream , veshti , lohri attire. What about ruhi? Does that lil girl e evem crosses his mind?
Thirdly the entire bhalla family has turned into a hypocrite. They have been wrong beyond justification.
A single boy is making so many adults dance on his tunes. The lady who gave love n affection to a man who forgot the meaning of love is now being treated like a nobody.
Disappointed!
