Romi is talking to the doctor about what he can do. The doctor encourages him to go for options like adoption etc and he's coincidentally at the sports day event, where Ruhi has come too.

Its time for the race now. Shagun takes Toshi's blessings and goes. Toshi mumbles tu gir jate, mitti ho teri etc LOL Toshi gestures best of luck to Ishita too.

Ruhi fighting with her classmates that her mom will win.

Ishita goes up to the stand where Shagun is, shocking her. They both say Ruhi's Bhalla's mother and people wonder where Raman is himself. He just walks in and is shocked to see Shagun there, he wants to go and stop Shagun but Toshi stops him. Ishita convinces the teacher so they can both race. And Ruhi does too. Ishita hugs Ruhi and when Shagun is supposed to hug her, she walks away
