Hi,
I am a silent reader of the forum and really applaud this post of yours.👏👏
For the first time I saw a post which is not calling Aditya a criminal son, a villain, a sussu bacchha or a villain outright but is trying to analyze what made him so. I am so glad someone brought this thoughtful and meaningful analysis.

What influenced Aditya to become like that? I agree with you that the society around the child enables all this and the child slowly becomes cunning as per what he sees in the society. If the child is given free rein like Aditya was given and if it understands that it is a weak link for a parent and can manipulate the parent's emotions to get what it wants. We will have someone like Aditya.

I am quite familiar with this as I have seen what lies, false hopes, greed for high material life does to a child. It has happened to a cousin of mine where my grandmother was trying to give him in adoption to my parents and luring the child by better life prospects. So much so a young kid started blaming the parents and at one point in time wished them dead so that he can come in to our family. Due to family disturbances and other problems he finally went astray.

Agreed Aditya is an adolescent, but what made him so and what enabled this problem is so very well analyzed by you. Unless we attack the roots, this problem can not be resolved overnight. It needs continuous counselling and careful handling over a long period of time to set things right.

instead of celebrating anniversary and gifting khandani earrings, she should have confronted adi that it is not possible. how can people wish his parents for anniversary after divorce and earrings are her right and it s her equal responsibility too to keep it. as you said she should have shared what ever adi said about step mother and even pills too. but she is waiting for miracle that is making things worse

instead of letting wife celebrating his anniversary and earrings he should have too communicated with his son and he should have tried to explain those reasons to his son too. he should have spent much time with him making him feeling dimensions are changed but instead he is forcing ishita to handle adi.

shagun as a mother does not know how much she has put her own son to disaster for her own luxury demands . first she let ashok play with adi s brain and she too did it now she is doing for own selfish purposes

Thanks ZD...

I just wrote in reply to someone else ... and maybe that should have been in my original topic too

Ashok & Shagun dont realise there is a problem with Adi. Raman doesnt want to know that there is a problem with Adi. Ishita doesnt seem to be doing anything with the knowledge that there is a problem with Adi.

The solution has to be from someone else now. I dont think even Raman&Ishita together can objectively look at this any more.

Hi thanks for your comment😊

Like I told someone else, I wrote this post without thinking of this as a drama and I did not even mention the CVs here. yes, the CVs have pushed the boundary too far. And it is difficult to empathise,

but the point I was trying to make was that, in their own way, everyone is trying to solve this problem without objectively looking at it. Shagun & Ashok dont even realise there is a problem with Adi. Raman doesnt want to see there is a problem with Adi. And Ishita doesnt seem to be doing anything with the knowledge that there is a problem with Adi.

Hey i totally get your point. And you are absolutely right at that. Nobody is doing anything to get that child on the right path. Ishita, who has such strong sense of right n wrong got carried away for Raman's happiness, Raman is too consumed in his love for Adi to look at anything else, and the less said about the rest of the characters, the better.

The only thing that irks me is that, his instincts fail him. Looking at Ruhi, she has such a strong sense of right and wrong. It's not just after Ishita started to influence her but even before that. Like when Raman made Ishita apologise to Adi, even though Ishita was trying to mend the gaps between Ruhi and Raman, Ruhi knew that what Raman did wasn't right. She was angry at Raman even though she was being brainwashed by Ishita (for a good reason, ofcourse)
I don't find that sense in Adi and that's annoying. He may not have it as strong as Ruhi, but atleast some moral compass he should have for his own doings?

Great post btw. Really! :)

Nicely written! 👏BR]
Agree with most of the points.. . According to me ..ishita played a major role in this track !
Yes one side shagun ashok param suraj already spoiled him.. Other side ishita was covering up his mistakes.

Regarding ishita I hv some serious doubts...hw good parent she is?

She got ruhi.. Who is brought up by bhallas in good environment.. So it was quite easy to handle her!

But regarding adi ishita is wrong from the first day!

Let it be blaming shravan for fight while it was adi 's fault ! Raman was right in scolding adi!

Then anniversary thing where she gave false hopes to adi.. N even gave confidence so that adi can carry out his evil activities.

Then hidding things from raman abt that step mother story as well as medicine thing !

All these were wrong steps taken by ishita which just worsened the situation for all..
Even during shagun wedding adi burnt his hand n ishita took back her case..

So regarding ishita adi knows..anything he does ,will not get him into trouble.

Once you give a child that kind of power he is bound to use it to his advantage and to hell with everyone else.

All these things make me think ishita can't handle kids like adi.. Ishita thinks all kids just needs loves but it's not true.. Ishita tried to control adi was over protective and tried to cover up his mistakes thinking he will be good one day. But more things were covered up he got more bolder. This happens everytime you cover up. This is the only reason adi targeting ishita everytime.

Only raman can deal with him. Raman loves adi a lot! He is now with adi after long tym its like he is living his dream..he is not able or doesn't want to accept that adi can go away from him..but slowly he will realise..

Parenting is hard but loving your child with Blinders on and not seeing and knowing their weakness and covering up their mistakes makes it harder as the child knows and uses that weakness against you.! This is for both shagun n raman!

Raman is still aware of few things.. He is thinking adi changing for good..

But yes once he knows that hw adi was planning n plotting then like accident track.. He will punish adi for sure!

Raman n medical help can make adi a good person no one else can do that.
But for that raman should know adi evil intentions.
Which slowly he will observe!

Loved ur ps! Thanks for it! :)

Thank you very much for your reply 😳

and yes, with the example you gave. No one is born evil, but naturally learns from the circumstances around them. Ruhi really got lucky, finding love the way she did (first with her grand parents and then with Raman & Ishita) and that too at the right age. With Aditya, he has really grown up and it would take REAL help to fix him. Parental love and discipline may just not be enough

Thanks again 😊

@bold - yes... valid point. I tend to give kids a benefit of doubt 😆 But you are right, his moral compass ain't that straight to begin with 😛
