U raised a very valid point..but its not the Finance...its about the contracts...In the Show Raman is shown CEO(chief operating Officer) ...no where it is mentioned he is a director, Managing Director or Chairman ..which are much higher positions than CEO in any private/public companies.

The point here is how raman can give such important contracts (4 in this case) without consulting the board members or directors or higher ups..Surely he might be the companies Indian head ..but every company has a audit ...and if any person does this he has to give valid reasons...but this being a TV Soap ...It is waste to find logical answers here.😭
