her compulsion was her own AMBITION of riches and experience of utter poverty she lived where she cud not afford even Shoes.
Well maybe people might have not experienced poverty here might not understand - I do coz I was in such a bad state that I was not even able to pay off my bills and even buy groceries. I have had to live off borrowing money from my friends (whom i gave back later on) but with clock ticking all the time its like I don't know whether I will be able to survive next week or not! That day I promised myself I will never beg for money for FOOD at least. Till now touchwood it has been going great dunno afterwards what happens in my life.
I believe sometimes people r pushed to extremes, what Shagun did is wrong. But from her POV she had no other option.
When a thief steals he is morally wrong but if he steals to feed his family n if he has no other option what can he do?
Shagun was tired of waiting for Raman to get rich n give her the riches. She saw a similar life to what she had seen in her childhood with Ramn being the eldest child and supporting his mother father his sisters and brother their education - 2 sisters to marry off and a meagre salary of 25k. Shaun found really difficult to live in such circumstances. She saw that Adi asked for some toy and Raman is not able to give him that toy as Raman is poor and she saw a hope in Ashok that he is able to provide that toy to ADi. She saw her own childhood in Adi when Raman failed to give him that toy. 😕
She feels Morals don't feed ur stomach, money does so she runs behind it. 😳 No wonder she is not teaching Adi Morals in life.
