Its actually not weird if u think from a child's POV.. Ruhi doesn't need to verbally spell out she's gonna miss her father, her reactions when Raman said he was leaving to Singapore are a clear indication of what she feels.

And moreover she's used to living with out Raman unlike Ishita after marriage, she could be misdirecting her insecurities by relating question to her mom, it happens not just in serial world but in reality too, I have few examples in my very own neighborhood for that 😛

It was needed whenever raman try to go close to her she was busy with other works and ignore him and this time she herself asking for spending time bur he is ignoring 🥳
