.i am sorry if I sound very obtuse when i say if a womans self respect was hurt yesterday...what made me sober up was the man regretting immediately next morning... he still owes a huge apology and explanation. ...nobody has said he can go scot free...

today a man's dignity and self respect was hurt badly...but i don't see any guilt or apology forthcoming for that...and therein lies my problem with this track and the characterization. ..

As a married woman..as much as the first scenario made me cringe...today gave me equal measures of pain..if not more...and we have every right to express that I hope...

I am sorry ..as a woman. ..the use of words such as dignity, self respect and self esteem has to be consistent...it cannot vary from situation to situation...

That said if the cvs really want us to relate to this love story anymore...there is huge damage control needed and quick🥱

Yes I also agree totally wrong behaviour from raman!
But even ishita fault is der! Especially yesterday.. She told mani abt all that...that was unbelievable!!
The day ishita was drunk.. N created so much tamasha in iyers anniversary party n raman supported her.. But she misunderstood him n slapped him.., raman didnt even tell this to his own mom!
Anyways we hv lost old ishita! Not able to connect her anymore!

I agree to the fact that Ishita is wrong in the way she is portrayed in Mani track but calling her bitch and characterless etc is too much IMO, not just as a Woman but atleast as a Human being one deems some respect.

I too dint target to those while writing my 1st comment in this post who just supported that 'Characterless' Post😆. I was mostly surprised seeing the votes in a poll saying Raman is justified doing so😲! So, I had to say it. And, the 'Characterless' post which has fueled everyone...the TM directly told why she found Ishita characterless...the reasons which are not even deemed to say a woman characterless if thought from the woman's pov. Supporting that post means indirectly that they were supporting Ishita being characterless and thinking from Raman's pov only. Those who said what about Raman's abuse, I don't want to refer, but that one poll was enough for me to understand the mentality of people. Accepting that Raman did wrong by abusing, doesn't minus out accepting Ishita characterless cos Raman thinks so.

This post isn't just for a certain member or certain fan-group but for everyone on the forum and especially those who have commented in this thread.

While there is no limit to the ideas or your opinions you post on the forum, please learn to post them within the section rules. Please learn to debate in civil manner. Pin-pointing/accusing fandoms/forum members or personally attacking them will not be allowed. When you do make a post remember that it should not be targeting any other post/member. References are alright but remember that one cannot attack the members directly or indirectly. What happens in one thread, leave it there - No need to get it to another thread and demean that user/topic.

Whether the member is the TM or a general viewer, personally attacking is not at all permitted here. Trying to prove your point by getting personal directly or indirectly in a sarcastic manner, doesn't make you right.
