I am so surprised to see so many answer yes... this sickening... he misbehaved with his wife... if Ishita hadn't escaped he would have rapped her... and people are OK with it???
How many of you would like to see your husbands force you like this???? just because they are married doesnt mean that he has the right to have his own way with her...
I am so glad Ishita walked away and Raman is able to save his face...

Honestly no woman ever means deserves forced sex in married life.. But when it comes to yesterday episode, for me raman ne kuch kiya hi nahi he just take out his tie and just push her and more than that he was venting out his anger in words, but again MAni's ISHITA is not understanding. He was justing want to see her reactions from his speech and wants ISHITA to admit that she is having affair with MANI...

Raman is also in the same boat. He can also expect and react more. Atleast he has reasons!!!

he is hurt fine.. be an asshole he has been to her... yell, screem, ignore her, hurt her with words... but what he was doing was wrong... nothing gives him the right to force himself on another women...
this is a very touch senario... and many women are in abusive relationship... married to sick mined men who think just because they are married to this woman they have the right to force her...
I SAY NO... fine he is hurt... then deal with it differently... sexual harassment is WRONG IN ANY SITUATION... i had shivers and tears rolling coz i thought he was going to RAPE her...

Not justified (IMO)
Just because they are in a marriage, that does not make it acceptable. Raman clearly misbehaved.

ok some points of justification for raman's behaviour from my side..

he was drunk, he was deeply hurt. maybe deep inside he regretted not making a move in dere relationship-confessing/consummating until mani took ishu away frm him..so maybe dats y he threatened to force himself on her.. n moreover however much d threats, he wud hv actually never molested/ raped her imo..

Yes he was drunk and hurt... that made him more capable of doing something he would regret later... and honestly I think if ishita hadnt left he would have molested/ raped her...

No I don't think his intentions was to rape because if he wants to rape her then he would definitely run behind her. FOr me he was yelling more than doing anything physical.. because ishita won't be in position to call raman after she got phone call that romi had an accident. The first person she was to contact was raman

@maan and geet : I respect your opinion but honestly, there was nothing written anywhere about the scene or what was running in his mind, so I feel its really unfair to accuse him like that saying he would have raped her. Its indeed a strong word and it does hurt to read such a strong word used against a character that's loved. We don't know what would have happened in the scene or how it would have ended even if Ishita hadn't walked out, it could have been completely an opposite ending of what is being said.. so to draw a conclusion like that seems unfair to me. That too repeatedly.

Just something that bothered me to read, No intention to disrespect your POV. Thank you.

His behavior was in no way justified !!
His words, yelling were enough to hurt and have his point across but when he started pushing her, he crossed line big time !

Now you can sit around and be like well in his mind this/that and whatnot; his actions were of him forcing on to her. As far as alcohol involved; well that actually makes it worse. Alcohol takes away your inhibitions and you may end up doing something you would never do in your full senses. That's why once he woke up he regretted it !

Still doesn't mean what he did was right. And please take this from person who works with sex offender in prison setting on daily basis, alcohol & drugs play huge role in such acts !

Not saying Raman is rapist or anything but portrayal sure looked pathetic today; not good job CVs 🤢👎🏼
But then more than CVs we viewers are to be blamed as we are the one who watch it !!!!!

Ladies marital assault is assault!!
Shocking! I do hope you are taking it only in context of the show and in real life you are stronger and more progressive 😭
