i agree that biological father doesnt mean good father n as its father for its own good child can be separated from him, biological mom is differant, i hav learn it from life itself, than u can be close to any other lady as ur mother, in end mother is always mother n she maybe does not take care of u but saath wo hi deti hai when whole word even the woman u took as ur own mother n took care of u more than biological one left u, bcoz she has her own hubby own kids etc, with ishita its differant bcoz she is married to raman so she is ruhis mother, but if raman n her get separated then it would be complicated n cant judge like that, that ruhi should be with this or that person...coming back to father, biological father doesnt mean good father n as its father for its own good child can be separated from him, BUT

Talking of laws, judge will send someone to look how ruhi stay with shagun, n how she stay with raman
If anyone of them is making ruhi happy he or she will hav the custody, otherwise ruhi will be placed in a adoption FAMILY, not only mother or father n i think judge will choose iyers family so then if ruhi is unhappy with both biological parent n she herself say i am not happy with raman papa nor i am with shagun muma and any of them cant fufill her needs she will be lagally iyers daughter n ruhi iyer, ishitas daughter,

😆 this forum is always advanced in thinking of worst possibilities . this track is more to do with ishra and if ruhi does get involved,it will only be to bring them closer and it will be an emotional journey. if there is any custody battle it will be on the future and ishra will be in the same side.
