I seriously dont get whats wrong with members out here if you cannot debate with content then dont debate just ignore whats with calling other members foolish or name calling them as perverts just because they have a different opinion not suited to yr liking ?

Its a piece of fiction and for that to use derogatory language against fellow real people is something NOT Allowed , I am sure memebrs here can do better than abuse each other .And other members instead of asking people to tone it down seem to encourage them by laughing over their comments ...how nice is that isnt ?


Any further deviation and member targetting and stricter action will be taken

Also this is YHM forum and not a Ishita or Raman fanclub ...and if you can dish out for the char you dont like then please learn to accept flak for the one you like gracefully.

I think you need to go back and watch the episode where after marriage, the judge gave her verdict and said that ruhi's custody goes to her mother which made everyone sad because they thought the judge was talking about shagun but then, the judge made it clear that... it is ruhi's new mom ishita who gets the custody and she will be keeping a check on them to know if the the marriage is legit...

ok. agreed. ruhi's custody is with ishita. let ishita separate ruhi from her father. then lets see how many days ruhi will stay with her mom who keeps constant mani jaap nowadays 😉

There is a difference. Custody of Ruhi was given to Ishita Raman Bhalla, not to Dr. Ishita Iyer. If Ishita gets divorce, then she no longer can hold the custody of Ruhi.

First of all Ishita is not having affair with Mani!! Why even bring him here when he is no where related to Ruhi? There will be only emotional separation and not physical separation. Even if they think of they can send Ishu to some village for a dental camp. Ishu would never take Ruhi along with her!! She is anything but not selfish. She understands what Ruhi is for Raman and Bhalla's. She will miss Ruhi badly and even pretends infront of her that everything is alright but would never separate Ruhi from Raman after knowing Raman loves his daughter and he is the best father.

actually you're right... i didn't really think about this plus living in usa and being a law major...i was thinking in terms of American laws in which even a step parent gets the right to fight for custody especially if the child is close to that parent... but since we are talking about indian laws in which blood is above all and ishita got the custody only after being a bhalla... the custody will be gone if she is no longer a bhalla... thanks for making this distinction. (i really hope it doesn't come to that though)...

I've been living in States too and I'm a lawyer by profession, what you described is diluted. Biological parents always get preference irrespective of borders and countries. Ishita Iyer would've never gotten the custody in States as well if she weren't married to Raman.

Had raman been a good father ishita would have never entered their lives.If ppl think ruhi was pampered by mr n mrs bhalla she would have never felt alone.In that case y didn't she choose her grandparents in court instead of ishita? ?
And now when everything looks normal ppl don't want Ruhi with ishita.Even though it's painful for Ishita to leave Ruhi i wish she realizes soon that none requires her anymore.
