Ani this is sheer brilliance! I love that you have kept Ishita and Raman in your OS very close to their reel characters. Ishita like in the show won't spell out things for him, she leaves him be to figure out his heart and mind.

I loved loved loved how conversational your OS is, I love characters who TALK and your words spoken by Ishra are magical!

My favorite lines:

"I can't tell you that either...just like you cannot pick the moment you fall in love with someone, become irrevocably theirs you can't pick a moment to decide whether or not you trust them...because either you do or don't and I can't decide that for you. I can't make up your mind for you or slay your demons...only you can do that."

Aani, usually all of your OS leaves me spellbound and this one was no different.

You there is something about your writing that it drift me in a imaginary world, which has real Ishita,real raman and i generally don't feel this while reading . While reading this OS I was imagining this scene in my head.

and oh boy what a beautiful scene it was in my head.

Seriously you should lend these ideas to cvs. FABULOUS WORK yaar.

I am late to the party here . sorry AAni .. life intruded & missed this gem from u ..

what can i say .. i felt i was watching the show ... i could visually construct the interaction down to its every nuance ... thats how good it was ..

As a reader i could read ur angst .. somewhere the plight had really touched u & that came across in spades in ur post ...

Any writing which makes the reader visually construct IMO is beyond sublime & urs just did .. so can't write more than that ...

I have not understood in this battle of MU .. why does one party have to be right & one party wrong .. i would call them equally to blame . if he mistrusted her .. she gave him ample fodder for mistrust .. If his heart broke so did hers .. who is more wrong is firmly a pov ..

As a woman .. i loved how u tackled the issue .. shud a woman have to justify her integrity ... yes she has to apparently in our culture .. Sita had to give Agni pariksha .. but did that get her ..her integrity back . NO IT DID NOT ... hence i loved the fact that she refused to give any explanation ...

Yes when they sit in rational minds & discuss they can iron out the problems .. but for that crucial step .. the big abyss of trust .. there shud be no words uttered .. either he trusts himself .. or he does not ..
