Hi Aani!! So here finally comes another beautiful piece of work from you. You know, since the time this track has started, I was waiting for you to write something on the track. But I guess you were waiting for the track to reach its climax.
I had told you before that I find Raman more relatable than Ishita. But this current track had my blood boiling for her. I mean where has her brain gone to? On a trip to Chennai with Mani? From the very begining, I have so hated this track. This coming of a 3rd person between a couple to make them realise what they feel for each other is so clich. I mean it is okay among youngsters, college students but Raman-Ishita are a matured individuals. Raman has been married once before, he knows the dynamics of marriage, has gone through it once before. Ishita has been in a relationship with Subbu for 12yrs. Did she sing Mani-Mani or for that any other man's name in front of Subbu. I am not saying a woman shouldn't have friends from opposite sex after marriage or viceversa but one should know where to draw lines. Calling your childhood friend from opposite sex your hero, your saviour in front of your husband is not a very bright idea. No woman would/should do it or viceversa, according to me. That's entirely my opinion.
Ishita's actions for last few days have been foolish & atrocious. If she believes Raman to be able to cope with problems like Romi-Sarika without a tinge of difficulty, then why she didn't tell him about Ashok trying to use Sarika to defame him. He would have handled the matter easily, having known Ashok for years. But no, she has to call Mani at odd times, for every single thing. No, even if she didn't understood before that Raman is not jealous of Mani, after 22nd October's where Raman says to Mani's face that you broke my home, she is still asking Raman that what is badgering him? Is this Ishita who while trwating Raman during the latter's confusion regarding Ruhi's paternity, understood from Raman's mumbling under affects of anaesthesia, had understood Raman's dilemma, connected the dots & realised what is making Raman pushing away at Ruhi. Where has that sensitive Ishita gone? She didn't knew Raman so well in those days, yet she understood his problem but now even with
Raman yelling his lungs out, she is asking that what is troubling him so much?
In the present scenario, both Raman & Ishita are to be equally blamed. Raman knows Shagun has never given a good thought about him but still getting swayed Shagun's words, letting his past affecting him again even after Ishita doing so much. I loved how Ishita said that he has to find the trust, the love, the strength within himself to let go of his demon & embrace love.
Can I request you for something? Can you please write another part where Ishita thinks about what made Raman doubt her, about how unknowingly she has hurt him because she has hurt him. Lying to him on Karvachauth when he had been fasting for her-is something I didn't expect from her. If I had done the same thing, my guilty conscience would have killed me.
Your OS is just beautiful. That's the only word I can use to describe it. Painfully beautiful.
Please think about my request & keep on with the brilliant work.
Love,
Anwesha
