Meri Biwi ka Surprise

It starts with Ruhi running towards Ishita in her room... Back from school ...

Ruhi - ishima Ishima... Mujhe aapko kuch imp batana hai

Ishita - kya hai Ruhi...aaj subeh se tum kuch batana charahi hoon par ...sorry baby kuch na kuch muma ko kaam yaad aa jata hai... sorry Ru ..batao kya baat hai

Ishima aapko pata hai.. papa ka birthday hai next week.. " kya raman ka bd"...thanx Ru... hamein toh kuch surprise plan karna chahiye.

Chalo ek kaam karte hai..Vandu Chitti hai paathi ke ghar mein unse jaaakar ideas lete hai... tum Shravu ke saath khelo Ok"... right Ishima...aur haan RRu... yeh humara secret hai..Ruhi promise... & both giggled.

Ishita thought to herself...Raman ke liye Ek surprise toh banta hai ..& blushed.

Iyer home..

(Subbu was sitting in the living room ... very upset .. he had made some blunder in his business & his wife had fought with him & moved to her mother's home...he was here from Chennai on his mothers insisting to meet & take Balas advise...mean while Bala & VAndu had moved in with Iyers due to pest control at their home & keeping in mind Vandus pregnancy & Shravus health)

Vandu - " Amma ... wht can I do..Bala ne request ki ki main Subbu to samjhaoo..isiliye who yaha aaya hai..."

Amma - "Par vandu.. agar Ishu ne use yaha dekh liya toh who upset ho jayegi."

I know amma ... par we have to speak to Subbu who problem mein hai & Bala & me are family...sorry Amma I know it is difficult for you, but I promise who ek do din mein Chennai wapas chala jayega.. agar mere ghar mein pest control nahi hota toh mein use yaha kabhi na lati...Sorry Amma"

U don't have to be sorry... Its only Ishu I am worried about"

Just then Ishu came running into the Iyer home all excited & thinking abt planning a surprise party for her Ravan Kumar...Aaiyyo she paatted her head..& smiled...just to look up & see Subbu sitting there.

To Ishus surprise ...she did not feel anything seeing Subbu in front of her after so long,..there were no feelings at all... no fear, sadness, bitterness...just nothing...for her he was just her sisters brother in law..

Ishita's said a casual Hi Subbu ... how r u doing, smiled & rushed into the bedroom askin Aappa where is Akka...

Here amma & vandu were shocked to see Ishu ...with a hundred thoughts crossing their mind... & there Ishu looked all relaxed & beaming with Joy... Akka u know wht Ramans bd is coming I need ur help to plan a surprise for him, Vandu smiled ..& said is it we surely will do something gr8.

& on hearing tht Vandu would help her.. Ishu got all excited & narrating all her plans off not letting Raman know keeping it a secrt & calling Adi etc etc...

On seeing her unaffected, Amma interrupted ... Ishu tum theek ho...Haan Amma mujhe kya hua hai...Nahi maine isliye poocha ki bahar who Subbu...

Ishu said u know wht amma ...mera dil aur dimaag mein sirf mere pati aur beti chaye huye hai.. aur kuch mujhe dikta hi nahi.. the moment Ishu said this she blushed & said mere pati... she said it Wow wht a feeling... seeing her in her happy thought vandu & Amma looked at each other with immense happiness & satisfaction that finally our Ishu had moved on in life.

Here Ishu could not believe herself... Wow Ishu Subbu does not affect you anymore ...excited blushing happy in her thoughts Ishu rushed back home.. not realising Raman was at the staircase looking at her..& wondering why didn't she notice me.

"I don't believe this ...Yeh Madrassan...Ek toh subeh se ek baar bhi mujhe call nahi kiya... aur jab maine itni baar call kiya toh mera call na uthaya, na hi return kiya.. mujhe laga pata nahi kiska daanth todne mein lagi hui thi... aur main yahan pareshan ho raha tha..ki meri Madrassan ko koi utha toh nahi legaya"... meri madrasan... did hi say that...Raman smirked at the thought ...Snap... back to reality.. Control Raman control...Tuh naraaz hai... btw par aisa kya hua Amma ke ghar ke Ishita itni Khush lag rahi hai aur muskura rahi hai... patta karna padega Raman"... saying this he walked towards Iyers home.. to his shock he saw Subbu sitting in there...wht the hell is he doing here...did he meet his Ishu... did he talk to her... did it affect her... Is this her reason for being happy... millions of thoughts crossing to his mind... Appa interrupted his thoughts... Raman beta tum office se aa gaye... isse milo ye h Subbu hai Bala ka bhai...yeh kuch din yahi rahega"... Yaha kyun ... Raman realised wht he blurted out... Ok Appa... saying this he moved towards his home... not feeling very good abt the whole thing... his wife ...her ex...no no no Raman... u have to take care of your Wife...

Raman entered the bedroom to his surprise saw Ishita brushing her hair ... humming a romantic song... Gaana ... gaana kyun...aaj hi kyun...kya yeh in dono ka fav song tha... Shutup Raman yeh kya sooch raha hai...

Meanwhile Ishita was trying her best to follow her plan by ignoring Raman for the next few days till the party... not little realising that Raman would be thinking abt Subbu & this would be affecting him..

"Ishita Ishita tum sun rahi ho"...

"Oh sorry Raman Aap kab aaye... mujhe toh pata hi nahi chala"...

"Oh Madam bahar niklo apni fimly duniya se...tumahara hero idhar hai... chalo mere liye chai le aao...pata nahi chala waah.. bhartiya Naari"..

Ishita smiled at seeing Raman pissed ...thinking gr8 Raman has not being able to guess wht could be her reason to be happy...she passed by him to get him tea...

Raman looking at her saying in his mind Ishita tum sirf meri hoo... Meri Jhaasi ki raani,,,mere ghar ki raani ... Meri Mrs Ishita Raman Bhalla... Koi Madrassi Subbu tumhe mujhse door nahi kar sakta

The next few days ... Ishita was too busy planning the surprise bd party royally ignoring her Raavan Kumar... so that he could not guess whts cooking behind his back... her Raman would call her on her cell which was never answered ...& when he called the landline ...he always got a reply Ishita was at Iyer home... Ramn was fuming with anger & jealousy... Mujhe kuch karna padega... kyun na main kuch dino ka bahana bana kar Ishita ko Delhi ke bahar le jaao...conference bolkar... is bahane who uss Subbu se door rahegi... haan ye idea aacha hai...

He called the Iyers... Amma Ishita hai... haan beta ek min... he could hear roar laughter's in the background...making him more uncomfortable... "Hello" ... Ishita said in between ..Raman aap ho...Of course main hi hoon... Tumhe aur kissi se baat karne ki koyi zaroorat bhi nahi...Raman yeh kya bol rahe ho aap...Whts wrong with you...Raman realised wht hi just said being annoyed by the fact that his own wife had been ignoring him...not giving him enough time... who sab chodo..he said packing start karo...we r going out of town for a few day... "No ways" said Ishita.."hum kahi nahi jaa sakte"...Kyun ... woh Ruhi...uske extra classes hai...cant leave her aur aap bhi nahi jaa sakte PTA meeting bhi hai...phewww (Thinking in her mind ...mere plan ka kya honga"...Ok ...thud he hung up...Ishita said to herself...Aap abhi kitna bhi naraaz ho jaao Nariyal Kumar...par I m sure aap apna suprize dekhkar saari narazgi bhool jaaoge.. Smile ...appeared on Ishitas face..

ON THE BIRTHDAY DAY...

As planned nobody wished Raman... & he too didn't realise that it was his bd ...coz his mind was too annoyed & occupied with the thought of his Ishita spending too much time at Amma home & very little with him...

Maa main office jaa raha hoon...theek hai beta Mrs Bhalla said winking at Ishita...

Raman aaj aap office se jaldi aajana ...Raman turned with a beaming smile...finally my Madrassan wants me home early..."who kya hai na Ruhi ko class le jaana hai..aur meri car servicing ke liye gayee hai...

Right Madam aapka Driver a jaye ga...& walked out angry...here rejoiced...all plan in place

In the evening when Raman came home...there was darkness & pin drop silence...kaha hai sab log...shayad saare log bhi Iyers ke ghar shift hog aye thinking he switched on the lights

SURPRISE... Screamed all...Bhallas Iyers..Arora...Ruhi Adi Ishita with a Cake...Happy Birthday Raman

Raman could not believe wht he was seeing...all the people he loved the most were in the room to celebrate his birthday...

"WHT A SURPRISE"..."Maa yeh sab"...Mrs Bhalla said "OOye mainu ghusse se naa dekh...hum sab toh Ishita ki baat sunkar yeh sab kar rahe the ...yeh saara meri bahu Ishita ka plan tha...ussi ne kaha SARPARISE ka plan karna hai..."

Raman looked at Ishita asking her with his eye gester... she showed her towards the excited kids & said HAPPY BIRTHDAY RAMAN...wow a wish had never felt so good... Raman asked yeh sab tumne...mere liye...she said ab aap zyaada khush mat hoyiye...yeh sab maine apni beti ke papa ke liye kiya hai...Raman Smirked ... thts when Mihika said..."u know Jiju ...Akka itne dinno se chup hup kar yeh saara Iyer home mein planning kar rahi thi ke aap ko shak na ho..." & Raman realised ... the last few days of Ishitas behaviour was all this...he said "Oh really"... & seeing her blush understood it was all for him done by his wife.

Rest of the evening was full of fun & party with Raman trying to get Ishita next to him coz she was too busy serving all...thts when an Idea stuck & Raman said

" Ek family picture toh banta hai kyun Ruhi Adi"

"Ji PAPA" both came running to Raman & parked themselves on the sofa with their more than excited father.

Just about that time Romi said "chaliye boliye cheese butter ...makhaan..." with the camera in his hand. & was abt to click . Raman immediately interrupted "ruko romi.. yeh family photo adhuri hai Meri biwi Ishita ke bina"

And in his very typical style asking her to come near him... asked Ishita who was standing in the Kitchen with Neelu with a shocked expression. The Bhallas Iyers with Aroras (Mihir Mihika) very happy that finally Ramn acknowledged his wife in front of all. Ishita was still in Shock when Raman this time gave her a "come here right now jhasi ki rani look & smirked"...Ishita made a Ravan kumar look & came & sat on the sofa next to him .. this time Romi said ..Bhaiya ready ... Raman immediately put his arms on Ishitas shoulder & said now ready... making Ishita blush while he smiled too,... & this made perfect picture to be hung with the other family pics on the Wall of the Bhalla living room.
