Part 2:

Ishita arrives home and there seems to be no one around.

Ishita: Acha hai, kuch pal main akele bita sakti hoon. Yahan shayad Raman ka bhoot mujhe akela chod de. I need a break.

She walks into their bedroom and sees Raman lounging on the bed.

Ishita (ST): Not again. Yeh mera picha kyun nahin chodta. Pagal karde ga.

Raman: Oye JKR kya hua. Aise kyun ghoor rahi ho? Pata hai ki hot and handsome hoon lekin thoda toh sharam karo yaar.

Ishita: Aiyyo tum bolne bhi lage?

Raman: Phirse dhaura pad raha hai kya? Bachpan se bol raha hoon. Aise bol rahi ho jaise pehle kabhi meri awaaz nahin suni hai tumne.

She slowly starts walking toward him in measured steps, and pokes him.

Raman: Kya kar rahi ho? :/

Ishita: Kuch nahin, just making sure ki aap real ho.

Raman: Isliye main hamesha kehta hoon, apna dimaag ke ilaag karwalo.

Ishita: Kuch bhi.

Without further incidents it's nighttime. They are both in bed. Raman had tactfully managed to get Ruhi to sleep in her own room so its just Raman and Ishita on the bed. They are both facing away from each other lost in their own thoughts.

Raman (ST): Maine pura spend kar diya aur madam ko toh koi farak hi nahin padta mere rehne se. Ise toh Ruhi se agey koi dikhta hi nahin, Ruhi ke papa bhi nahin. Maana ki main lamba nahin hoon par itna bhi chota nahin hoon ki usse dikhta hi nahin. Mujhe kya. Chup chap soja Raman beta.

Ishita (ST): Yeh kya ho raha hai mujhe. Mujhe har jagah Raman dikh raha. Main usse apna husband manne lagi hoon, shayad usse pasand bhi karne lagi hoon aur ek woh hai, usse toh kuch bhi mehsoos nahin ho raha hai. Praand kahin ka.

With these thoughts Ishita slowly drifts into slumber. In the middle of the night, theres a creak and the next thing they know is that they are on the floor. Their bed broke :D

Ishita: Aiyyo Amma!!

Raman: Mera kamar. Ahhh. Yeh sab tumhari waja se hua hai.

Ishita: Maine kya kiya?

Raman: Kehta tha na ki kam khaya karo, dekho aaj toh bed bhi tooht gaya, tumhara vazan uthate uthate.

He was waiting for her to retort back in her usual style and was surprised when she didn't say anything, all he heard was sniffling. He looked up to see tears rolling down her face. He immediately went up to see if she was hurt and began checking her out.

Raman: Kahan chot lagi hai, dikhao?

Ishita just ignores him and just walks out of the room. And he follows her because he can't see tears in her eyes no matter how much he taunts her, he can not see her hurt. Before he can question her, his mother jumps in.

Toshiji: Kya hua puttar, tumhari kamre mein se zor se awaaz aa rahi thi?

Mr. Bhalla: Kuch girne ki awaaz thi..

Raman: Woh Papa humari bed tooht gayi.

Mr. Bhalla: Arre puttar ab tum kahan so ge?

Ishita: Hum Appa ke ghar mein so jate hai aaj raat, kal naya bed le ayegen.

Mr. Bhalla: Theek hai puttar, chal Toshiji hum bhi wapas sote hai.

Mr. Bhalla walks off to his bedroom, while Toshiji stays back with a silly grin plastered across her face. She looks like she's about to break out into a bhangra routine. She is thanking god that her children are finally moving forward in their relationship. She thinks that the bed broke because they were having some "ahem ahem, intimate moments".

Toshiji: Ishita puttar, tujhe pata hai, Raman toh bachpan se hi aise hi hai. Usse har cheez ki zabardasti rehti hai. Har cheez josh mein karta hai. Usse pata hona chahiye ki kuch cheeze waqt lekar dheere karna chahiye taki tumhe dard na ho.

While her mother-in-law is talking, Ishita is standing there looking clueless whereas Raman has picked up which direction his mothers thoughts are going in and fervently praying that Ishita does not figure it out. Finally Ishita figures out what Toshiji is talking about. She feels her face heating up and she's totally red from all the blushing.

Ishita: Main jaati hoon sone, goodnight mummyji, she mumbles and rushes out of there.

Toshiji: Haye sharmagayi.

Raman: Aap bhi na ma. Kaise baate karti hain woh bhi apne beta aur bahu ke bare mein. Chee.

Toshiji: Oye kothe maine kya galat kaha.

Raman: Main bhi sone jaa raha hoon.

Toshiji: Tu jaa, have a goodnight she says smiling.

Raman (ST): Maa ko bhi na pata nahin kahan se yeh utpataang ideas ate rehte hai. Jaa kar dekhna pade gaa, Ishita ko chot lagi thi.

When Raman walks into the Iyers house, he finds his in-laws but doesn't see his wife. After assuring them he needs nothing, they go to bed and he walks into Ishita's old room to check on her and get some rest himself. What he finds is her asleep so he lies beside her and tries to fall asleep.

After a while he hears Ishita mumbling in her sleep, he moves closer to her to understand what she is saying. What he hears shocks him.

Ishita: Door rahiye mujhse, I hate you Mr. Raman Kumar Bhalla.

Ishita is mumbling because she is having a nightmare. This nightmare stems from what Raman said about her being moti. Her insecurities regarding Raman and his false declarations of love manifested as a nightmare for Ishita. After this Ishita quiets down and her breathing goes back to normal. Now sleep is far from Raman's mind.

Raman: I have started to fall for my wife, leaving behind all my past demons I could finally start to move on in my life but she doesn't feel the same way. Ishita hates me! Why me? Kya main pyaar deserve nahin karta? Without realizing tears start dripping down his face. Main toh uske paas aane ki koshish ka raha tha aur woh mujhse door rahene ko kahe rahi hai.

Ishita can't take it anymore, even she can't see tears in her Raavan Kumar's eyes. She decides to take the first step and hugs him.

Raman: Ishita?

Ishita: Aap mere kareeb aane ki koshish kar rahe the nah, lo agayi main apke paas. Maine apki baat sun li. Aap kaise soch sakte ki main apse nafrat kar sakti hoon?

Raman: Tumhi ne toh kaha tha.

Ishita: Aap kitne buddhe ho, Ladkiyaan kabhi kabhi jo feel karti hai, usually uski opposite bolti hai.

Raman: Kitni confusing ho tum, seedi seedi nahin bol sakti. Aur bhagwaan ko ek main hi akela mila tha, is museum piece ko chipkane ke liye he saying pulling her closer. Hamesha rahogi mere saath na?

Ishita: Soch lo, zindagi bhar jhelna padega is JKR ko.

Raman: Ab itne din bardaash karliya toh aage bhi ho jaye ga.

Ishita: Main bhi kya yahan kuch romantic expect kar rahi is KudKud Kumar se? Aap na rehne do.

Raman: Main aisa hi hoon, koi love struck teenager nahin.

Ishita: Koi nahin, mujhe to issi Raavan Kumar se pyaar hua hai. I love you.

Raman: I love you too <3
