Ya I noticed it .. It's actually for a technical purpose.. The tape holds the wire to the waterproof mike that he's wearing during the shot ..it was a blooper . And an editing mistake they should've noticed it. Actors have to wear mics all the time when they shoot .. Orelse there won't be Any sound I hope this answers your questions
