*Unreserved - 18th August 2014
OMG I just checked the date of when I reserved this - 01 July 2014. A little more than a month and a half later I'm finally here to comment on your awesome sauce OS. But can you blame me, I had to go through so many posts on your topics to finally find the topic that I reserved a comment on. 😆 And now here I am, ready to tell you what I think of this piece of writing.
No issues Arooj happens damn this reminds me I have some comments to unres too 😳
Raman can't handle the riot that is his family? Yaar, you're one of the riots in that house - especially when watching cricket! And grabbing Ishita from the back to end up falling on the bed - CV's why can't you show us something like this, any kind of grabbing and falling would be great - if you thought something r-rated that's proof that you have a gutter mind! 😆
😆 that he is but to him the rest of them are and LOL dont worry the grabbing may commence Raman Puttar after all finally got struck by lightning 😉😆 he just has to accept that its okay to grab 😆
"The last time someone held me like this, the man didn't reply when I asked him the same question. You coming up on me from behind it felt like a dj vu I reacted first."
Aani, sorry to be the grammar police right now, but the spelling for deja vu is written wrong up there. And since I've posted many times on this forum, I know it was because you had those little line thingies on top of the e and the a. Dj vu is actually a word, but it means a computer file format LOL.
No issues Arooj ya its the site thing I copy posted it directly from word and the special characters sadly dont work on this site but anyways I am glad I learned this thing never knew about this file format
And as for that deja vu scene, her words hit me straight in the heart. How she's scared of someone grabbing her because her mind automatically pulls her to the time she was violated by a member of her family! Even while Parmeet isn't there anymore, our Ishu is tormented by his deeds.
I think once a woman goes through such a trauma she may heal but the scars always remain they may fade but never completely vanish from her mind you know and I just wanted to address that
The way Ishita coerces Raman into talking to her, something only she can do so calmly. If my husband was hiding something from me, and that too while meeting his ex, I would bring the whole house down, I am not as patient as Ishita LOL.
She has the patience of a sage this woman, me I would actually clobber the two - the ex and my hubby 😆
And how she's putting up a brave front but is really breaking inside as he tells her that he was secretly meeting Shagun. Oh Ishita, you poor child! And Raman losing his mind when he figures out what thoughts were causing pain to Ishita all this time - her thoughts were so far off the truth, that even Raman was beginning to lose it. I don't see any man going back to the woman who cheated on him and ruined his whole life - and this is Raman Kumar Bhalla we're talking about. He's not that desperate to go seeking out his ex - especially not when he has his soul mate waiting for him at home every day.
you know that is what makes me love her, she has this dignity, this strength that makes me admire her its so easy to be a watering pot, even easier to be a banshee but to hold on to your self-respect, to not give away the fact what it is that you are going through requires a special kind of courage and since she has no idea at this point if she even has any value to Raman she can't lose her self-respect but the mother in her cant help her tears and while Raman isn't ever going back to Shagun, here she was so unsure of things and she herself admitted in the show she had so many bad thoughts come to her mind
Raman might strangle her one day, but never divorce her... LOOL. Oh Aani, that was hilarious! Even while thinking of killing her he wants her to remain his wife!
😆 that actually was a very spur of the moment line but I felt it went with him... he cant let go off her like ever but yeah he can def say in his anger something like this LOL
And once Raman reveals to Ishita that Adi was the culprit behind Amma's accident, the way she immediately starts devising their next plan of action is commendable. At a time when she should be infuriated she considers Adi's well-being first. And Raman thinking that just because Ishita is discussing ways of sorting out the problem with him, she has forgiven him - but no Raman Puttar, you won't be let off that easily.
yep she can always do this I believe leave aside her issues to help others esp if its a child involved but it doesn't mean Raman goes free
Especially when you asked your ex-wife for permission to tell your current wife something! That was a scene in the show that seriously disgusted me, and it still disgusts me to this date!
Yep that scene is something I didn't like too but well it was real in a way when it comes to kids that come from divorced homes the parents have to work together even if they have moved on and the one with custody may not like the interference of the partner of their ex, here though it was out of fear and guilt rather than a wish to maintain distance
And what double standards Raman has. He thinks it was ok to meet Shagun, using Adi as a pretense, but when Ishita only spoke of Subbu, he became so rattled. Well, at least that shows he has some feelings of possessiveness towards her.
as much as we might hate it Arooj there is a hypocrite in all of us and that is what I wanted to show here 😳
That was a beautifully written scene. Your every word was captivating, Aani. Loved every part of this OS - Ishita revealing to Raman what she had been thinking he was doing all these days, his reaction to such a disgusting thought, Ishita's composure at Raman telling her about Adi's deeds and finally the last scene where she walks away. You showed her as a strong woman, who isn't always up to forgiving her husband's mistakes.
I am glad you liked it I am quite a feminist and that manifested into what I made my Ishita do 😳
Truly a wonderful and enjoyable read! 👏
thanks Arooj 😊
