That explains his whole demeanour, and his treatment of Shagun. Whether Adi really is the culprit, or Shagun is using him like a shield to protect herself is yet to be seen.

I agree with the rest. Nice post!

Hey Rosa thank you, I know the scene was full of dialogues that were very vague, but that was the intention, as per an article it would be Ishita who would unravel the mystery which is yet to happen and hence, the way the scene was written.

And I honestly dont think Raman is aware of his son' guilt, he only knows one thing his son cried in front of him, called him daddy after ages and promised to respect him - which at the time means the world to him, and hence he isnt using his brains at the time.

Otherwise why would she say to Raman, I haven't told this to Ashok and Param. I am only sharing this with you... Raman knows that both Ashok and Param have helped hide the whole accident fiasco but probably under the impression that Shagun caused it. So the bit that they are not aware of is that Adi is the one who by mistake caused it,,,,,

Nope she has confessed to Raman she did the accident not Adi.

Hi Aani ... good post as always 😊

While I do agree that Adi will come to live with Raman & Ishita one day, am not certain that this track leads to it.

I was thinking from a long term POV of daily soap writer and felt this ...the thing is that Adi is Shagun's trump card, the one being who connects Raman to Shagun and who can influence Raman to any extent. If Adi does go to Raman-Ishita at this point in the story, then there is nothing left to connect Raman & Shagun. Shagun is the main nemesis of this couple. So how can she be removed completely from their lives.

Adi is Raman's weakness & this time he is actually risking his budding relationship with his wife (& daughter), his peace and the rightness that he has achieved in his life finally. While Ishita might not leave him, he is worried about betraying her trust. Trust and respect are the two things this couple has established till date and they openly accept it. I do believe this track is to finally push Adi out of Raman's weak zone and place Ishita more firmly in Raman's heart. Shagun's tactics even when she uses Adi, will stop affecting him after this.
Shagun's betrayal ( if Adi is indeed the culprit) might just shake Raman enough to realize what his weakness for Adi is costing him and he might actually open his eyes towards the rude and selfish child that Adi is/has become and try to correct that but not with blind love anymore.

I believe the Adi living with Ishra track will be played later on when they finally confess to their love and are happy.

Anyways, I might be completely incorrect and you right 😆. This is a daily soap and you never know which direction the TRPs/CVs/Maiyya steer this ship too 😛

Waise I would be quite happy if Adi is turned around from his selfish brat mode and brought to task by Ishita. Did you notice when shopping with Ishita, he actually said ki aap mujhe lecture mat dijiye 🤣 ... pehle papa ko pareshaani thi, ab bete ko bhi 😆

Great post Anni! I was thinking the same thing...but I thought that in order for Raman to take advantage of this situation and make Shagun not go to jail, Raman and Ishita can ask for Adi's custody from her.
I'm sure that Shagun will have difficulty in giving her trump card over to Raman...because she knows that after that, there is no way that she fan pull Raman back into her life...the final connection! 👏

If it does go to court, from what I remember, the judge didn't have a good opinion of Shqagun anyways...so even though it will kill her Shagun may admit that she is a bad Mom and that Adi deserves better parentrs 😃

Great post. That explains many things, including why this track is so long. Adi is the battleground. He is the pawn that Shagun is trying to use to manipulate Raman, but as with whatever Shagun has attempted thus far, this too will fall on her face, eventually.

this seems like a possibility, raman is so distraught over this that I wonder if adi is the real culprit. I understand that the guilt is eating him up on the inside but I don't have it in me to care anymore, raman's blind love for adi is finally beginning to irritate me, and I was the one who used to always defend him in this matter.

People are coming up with endless explanations for his behaviour, whether it is guilt or his profound love for his estranged son but the way he is bending over backwards for them, it does not look like a simple case of "what will happen to adi if shagun is in jail." maybe adi did cause the accident, and raman cannot wrap his head around his son doing something like this, that kind of explains whey raman yelled at ruhi in the last episode. although taking away shagun's trump card is a good idea, what will happen further down the road? using adi to get back in raman's life will be the most significant story line in the show, what's will happen if his custody is handed to raman so early? I honestly thought this track will come much later in the show.

Personally, I'm tired and I don't even care about what's going to happen, this track is the perfect example of haphazard last minute changes. writers did not have this track in mind before, if they did, then they would have ended the whodunnit mystery long ago and introduced the shagun-adi nonsense much earlier. now I don't even care. Raman can dig himself into a bigger hole due to his foolishness, just as long as ishita does not pull him out any time soon.

How can a 11 year old drive a car? I know he is spoiled brat and can demand that he only drive and force the driver to give the key but still, somehow I do not think Adi is the culprit. At least I am hoping he is not.

yo anni, your prediction has so much logic that adi is real culprit and it s opening his custody case but i dun get reason why shagun is taking blame of adi 😕

Yo Zene no probs happens with me too a lot of times 😆

And seems like my prediction is right from the prediction of SBS and well the simple reason Shagun is taking Adi' blame is to become more mahaan in the eyes of her son, he cannot even fathom that his own mom is playing with him what else?

Good Post Anni.
I too think that accident is done by Adi. n I think Raman is aware of that. In d scene where Shagun was telling him abt accident, it was juggling between Ashoks 'place n Amma's house. I m not sure but here on forum too someone had made topic abt it, that time itself Adi/Shagun must ve told him abt it. bcoz the way Raman was distraught n broken it has to be Adi. n also aftr KP's tweet abt more shockers n as u mentioned Shagun Adi scene. It was like confirm.
Thank u for this post Anni
N sorry if there are any typo as m commenting frm my phone 😳

Hey thanks Shalu

Well as per SBS I am right and Raman will find out this week about Adi being the culprit so it rules out his knowing the truth also if you see the scene aired it shows Shagun said SHE did the accident so Raman has no clue about her lies so far.

And he is caught up between this being such a mess now since he promised Ishita with so much conviction to punish the person responsible but his son' love stopped him at first and now it will turn out to be his own son, a child no less. So its gonna be out of the fryer into the frying pan for RKB and no need for apologies Shalu 😊
