Because Raman has always been negatively shown to her. After marriage, the scenario changed a bit. Still, his misbehaving towards Ruhi after the lies, can't be tolerated, even Toshi jee couldn't tolerate that. So, how would Ishita, when she always misunderstands Raman and she is here because of Ruhi?

And, I would say for Ishita to understand Raman, he too must approach. When she was caring for him when his hands burnt, he ends up making it rude. Then, she would think twice from the next time before doing anything for him.

I donot want to pass judgement on who is right and who is wrong . They both are flawed character . But Ishita's behavior is very contradicting to what she says and does . She is instant a mother . She really didn't get chance to prepare for motherhood. Ruhi comes with a package .her father and her family .pampering and loving child is part of motherhood .To me, motherhood means leading by example in the most pivotal role any one has ever accepted.Ruhi needs to respect her father and Inshita needs to be role model and help Ruhi to love her father .for a child both parents are equally important .Children have never been very good at listening to their elders, but they have never failed to imitate them.with Ramen she is very impatience . She needs to control her behavior and try to hear him out . Poor man tries to talk but she starts her annoying lectures which are getting old .
If you can control your behavior when everything around you is out of control, then you have golden opportunity to set an example to your children .she wants his daughter, she tells Ruhi positive things about him but her behavior towards him is rude .Now he is her husband and she needs to try harder to understand him . Pride helps us in our life and pride is not a bad thing when it only urges us to hide our own hurts"not to hurt others.

Ishita, to some extent accepted him as husband, though she ends up being rude to him. But, Raman and Toshi jee only think her as a maid to Ruhi, who will take care of her. So, it's obvious she will react like this, as she has self respect also.

I agree with most of what Ishita said to Raman...but the way she said it was not proper. She clearly recognizes that Raman is wrapped up in his own pain/insecurities/fears and maybe cannot see other people suffering around him or place that suffering above his own issues . But if she understands this, then being a "doctor," Ishita should also realize that the way to get someone out of this vortex of perpetual self-misery/insecurity/maladaptive thought processes is not to call them names like "khokla" and the few other things she called Raman. I think that was a bit extreme. I hope Ishita gets her husband some psychological help soon, because that is what he needs.
I also don't understand why Raman questioning Ruhi's identity is so unbelievable. How can Ishita be so sure that Ruhi is Raman's daughter...because they share some quirks and habits? I suppose in the tele world, thats better than a DNA test, but still quite ridiculous. Ashok came up with a pretty plausible story that he narrated to Raman and I can't fault Raman for having his doubts (though despite these doubts, the way he treated Ruhi was inexcusable and Ishita has every right to berate him for that).

I so agree with your post...I guess, she so blind herself in Ruhi's loves, that she just don't understand why his actions are so. Yes, he isn't a perfect father, son or a husband, but what she is doing? As a person, she fails to understand the other person's feelings. Whenever he tries to go the right way, she brings him back to the back shrewd Raman (Then I am not surprise when he yells back at her). I am like come on Ishu, give poor guy the break. Seriously, I believe in order to sort the matters, one has to listen. But no they do otherwise. Not just Ishu, but Raman too. However, he only reacts the way she behaves sometimes. Not defending him here totally, but she knows nothing about his past, then also, she thinks she got all the right, to say whatever she feels like. I hope one just swallow their pride and help the other one out of the grieve.

@Bold..he wasn't misbehaving, but he wasn't normal either. Still, he remembered Ashok's words. Why so? Why such doubt, if he really loves his daughter like he did love Shagun? Relationships need not be on blood, he isn't understanding that and that's his fault, like Ishita's not understanding Raman is her fault.

I want to ask you guys...Does Raman know Ishita's full past?
Didn't Raman insult her with her bitter past? Ishita does talk about his past always, but remember Raman not only hurt her with her past, but also his present. A woman who can't conceive, having mentioned rudely about that matter is much more hurting than being cheated.

He stopped himself from doing the DNA just because he was scared about the result! Raman said the same in yesterday's episode... And he never behaved normally with Ruhi after... He behaved indifferently towards her...
