Brief Update for 18th May 2012

Not too sure why is there no update but i will give a brief one. In fact nothing much happened yesterday.

Abha is following Viren asking him to stop. Karan calls out as well. abha and viren turn around. karana says to viren not to go. he says he spoke to kanika. noone will say anything to him.Viren walks away and goes towards the SB mandir, picks up the sindoor container, walks back to abha/karan. He then recalls nilu's word that when she goes away then he'll value and believe in it.Viren holds it up to karan and tells him to fill abha's maang with the sindoor. he then holds karans hand and helps him take sindoor, after which karan puts in on abha. abha/karan look at each other as tum mere kaun ho plays in background.Viren then says to abha you were right , noone can seperate karan and abha,not even me. in my quest for revenge, ive caused you a lot of problems, but the truth is that deep down i knew i was doing the wrong thing. forgot that in front of love , revenge cannot win.

Viren continues You have won abha. For your husband you left your family and married me . what could be more proof that how much you love karan.Blaming karan for nilu's death was a big mistake on my part. I insulted you in front of your family, but still you were never weak.Nilu was right that in front of the strength of love one has to give in. he continues that he knows that nilu's death was not karan's fault but just an accident. i want to correct my wrong, thats why he will leave SB with his kids. He then removes the bangles from Abha's wrist. he says to Abha after today you are free from this marriage, and you are only Abha Karan Prasad. I cant stay here any longer , cause if i do, then there will be problems created for you two, and if that happens Nilu wont ever forgive me.He says dont woeey about Karan's treatment, i will do that,not because of my revenge but to ensure a better future for u two. Misthi then comes calling out for her mother. ABha walks to her and asks , what happened?. did she have a bad dream. and mishti says yes. i saw i saw that mum has gone far far away. im scared. You dont leave me. i want to sleep near you. Abha hugs her and says i wount leave you. Abha says to Viren, we'll talk in the morning, but till then dont do anything.She then says to Mishti , lets go to the room, Karan will tell you a story, and they leave. Viren looks on. He then hears Nilu calling his name. He turns around and sees Nilu approaching him singing some song.Nilu then says to Viren, today you have become my Old viren . You cant imagine how happy i am.Viren says you believe that i didnt do anything wrong with Kanika. Nilu says i know you can never do anything like that because you only love me and will always do.Viren replies then why did you leave me. Nilu says. i havent left you. im always with you

Nilu continues that our hearts have never seperated. viren nods yes. SCene shifts to Sheetal watching TV, showing the promotion of new show, Sapne suhane ladakpan ke. Kanika walks in and sits down near sheetal, with an upset look on her face. Mami switches off the tv and says to kanika about the new show coming. she then says this age of 16/17 is like that isnt it. where at that age neither one has too much understanding or what others say. that is the age when one doesnt care about the society. She continues and says these days im worried only about you. You are young but a widow. In our society a widow doesnt have much scope in life. neither the society or her family accept her. She says that you have had such a big incident happen to you in your home, but rather t han supprt you , your sister in law has supported Viren.If word gets out in society then they will think all sorts of things about you.think of all the insults you will face and you dont even have your husbane or father/brother to support you. you will be so alone, it scares me to think. rather than face all this its better to die.Kanika is thinking.
Scene shifts to Abha sitting at SB mandir.She's praying and saying you have proved again that theres nothing stronger than faith. if there is belief then nothing can extinguish that flame. Mum used to say if the mind is true then even in the middle of bad, goodness can grow.thats what happened today. but the battle is still remains. i have to make everyone believe that what they are thinking is wrong.that i have just as much concern about this famiy/kanika's welfare as everyone.and if something really did happen with Kanika, then to get her justice i would lead front from the front. I have to bring the truth out in front of everyone. and this is not possible without your blessing. Because of you i gained my first victory. My ram, got his place back. please bless me so i can reach my destinaton. Kanika is walking with a knife in hand. She walks up to the wall with the photos of all the departed family members.She says that mami was right, that no matter how much the world has changed , for a widow there is no happiness. after what happened to me today, i cannot live and bear more insults, nor can i give my family unhappiness. im sorry papa, but i have to do this. she lifts the knife to slit her wrist. Viren grabs her hand to stop her. ABha grabs her and says have you gone mad.WHats wrong with you?. Since when have you become so weak, and didnt you think what will happen to everyone else if you did this.Only cowards do this. Kanika yells back at Abha to stop her lecture

Kanika continues, stop your act, bacause i know your truth , and youre right, because of your husband(referring to Viren) i dont want to cause any unhappiness to the family. Kanika walks away.Karan is watching and gestures to Abha to let it be. He will go after her. ABha looks around to Viren .
Scene shits to next day-
Abha is setting the breakfast table. Mishti walks up and says to her that she is hungry.ABha tells her to sit and tells her she made her favourite Aloo paratha. Karan, Viren and MAyank come too.Abha notices KAran wearing a cap and says it looks nice on him and asks who gave him. Karan says mayank did. Mayank says karan looks like a hero. Abha says my karan has always been a hero, and karan replies to ABha you are heroine.Viren then says that he has removed Karan's stitches and he will be fine soon.Sheetal is watching and says hasnt Viren left yet, such a shameless man, seems like ill have to do something.But if he leaves, then how will i hear Amitabh's Voice. ABha says to karan , lets have breakfast. She then notices Pratibha upstairs, and calls out to her saying breakfast is ready and to come down.we will all have breakfast together.Pratibha says shes not hungry. Karan asks why. she hasnt eaten anything for a while.we will all eat together, come
down.Kanika walks up next to Pratibha and says noone is coming down. Mum has said she isnt hungry.Priyanka joins in and says Kanika is right. As lomg as Dr Roy is in the house, noone will come down, and noone will keep any relation with Abha and her family(referring to karan.viren and kids i would imagine). Karan heads upstairs. MAmi is panicking and says dont hit me.Karan walks up to the ladies with a serious look. He then grabs pratibha's hand . Sheetal tries to intervene for him to let go but Karan growls at her and she backs off. He then starts to take Pratibha away and says lets go , we'll all eat together and no need to listen to anyone. Kanika grabs Partibha's other arm. Abha is watching this from below.
