My best moment on their swimming pool romance are:

Raj holding her sari pallu and she turns around so many times so that he can embrace her.

Then off course he holding out his hands but then one hand when she makes her way to him.

He teasing her with putting water on her hair and she returns the compliment.

He holding her in his arms floating

Lifting her carryinng her with a smile on his face towards...

Yes Shobhi i liked the way Raj held on to Lata's saree. He was smiling oh so sexily when he was tugging on it. This is my 2nd favourite highlight after the touching of noses.😳

I think dev has come back with positive attitude but does not know that daaima has brought him back to create problems between LAAJ. Daaima will create situations where dev and lata are together and make sure raj sees them etc.
