So as per the article Nisha managed to wash out Arjun's past memory & also change it. She made Jia villain. But is it possible that in one sitting a person can wash out anyone's total memory? Even the doctor was surprised with the result. So I feel that Arjun is trapping Nisha in her own game.

Yes it was expected. They had to do something like this. I am not sure what happened to Arjun, more than any medical experiment it was looking like he is hypnotized. Yes there are chances that Arjun is doing this to trap Nisha but what he did few days ago after remembering everything, I don't think he is that smart to do this. Let's see.
