Virat had a extra key for the guest house. When he returned, the Company gave him the guest house as anu had moved back to her dad’s house. But she still had a her key which she throw it to him after the break down since.

Haan, bizarre as Dadi said last time, they'll put it on rent Maybe they have others but we never heard about them, or yeh wala toh special hai Anu aur Virat ke liye, they are the only ones who have the keys
