I agree with @Garima. Letters would have been exchanged . All I hope Kamini don't get the letter which Siyali has .

Niti gave Parth idea that he write what he feels .Charlie also over-hears what Niti told Parth. Parth writes a letter for Veebha n ask Uttu to deliver the letter to Veebha.Charlie also writes a letter and request Uttu to give it to Niti .So we think letters might have got exchanged.
