Do you actually use napkins!!! That's really eww. I hope by napkins you mean sanitary pads? Because over here, napkins are what you use to wipe your mouth after eating.

I think she meant sanitary napkins. Although there were some girls in my school who actually used a cloth folded over several times. They considered it a lot more comfortable. Even my mom used to do it till she got married. Then my dad forced her to use pads. She came from a extremely old fashioned and regressive family. The ones where a girl having her periods was made made to sit in a corner and stuff.

Definitely meant pads... Just imagine Preet got her period when she was Mannu and her dress got stained or something... Maybe Gunjan covered up for her and that's how she found out that her brother is actually a sister...

Ok, imagine. Rohan being really cranky because he couldn't break Simmi's fast. And snapping at other girls. And one of the girls asking him if he is having periods? Just imagine the kind of expressions Laila and Promila would have. 🤣

Because we don't call them napkins here! It's like saying sanitary tissues! Creates the image of tissue in my mind.

In here , my family and friends usually call them napkin(we dont use the word sanitary as it is understood 😆). Thats why i said that. Sorry for the confusion.
