This is assuming that Simran will reciprocate feelings for Rohan when she's sane again.
Will they get a happy ending or just end up being a repeat of the RaSim tragedy?

I think they'll get a happy ending but I'm not sure.

I don't think simi will reciprocate Rohan feeling, after she gets sane . It might take some time for her to reciprocate his feeling
