The TRP is the same as it was last week, according to Salil Sand.

We're joint third (for &TV) with Santoshi Maa at 0.5.

I guess by doing all this fiancee drama, the CVs think that the TRP will go up. It's all TRP bait.

Thanks. I have said it before and I will say it again. . It's sad that Waaris has turned into a typical Indian soap, really disappointing that the directors have lost the plot. Or maybe not? Maybe I am too dumb to understand the logic behind this drama, but I am honestly not enjoying it. Its beyond me how a negative entry boosts the TRPs? So there are actually some ppl who enjoy the negativity and only watch when there is some sort of drama...

TRP aunties love watching FLs suffer. There's apparently something romantic about the FL wallowing in self pity and lamenting the (false) fact that ML doesn't love her. TRP aunties love watching all the angst that the ML and FL go through when they're separated and/or going through misunderstandings.

TRP Aunties lol sounds funny but maybe it's true. I think mostly aunties watch Indian soaps religiously, so the creators want to please them. Still not happy.

I never thought Waaris was about TRPs, I always thought it's about a social message. Nobody remembers these trp Aunty waley dramas, only those aunties.

I want Waaris to be remembered even after it finishes. It could have been a milestone for the Indian TV. But only if they just stick to the main thing and get back on track. If they continue like this, they will lose their loyal viewers who have been there from the beginning.
