Hi guys,

I have not been a viewer on a regular basis and my mother started watching this show few months back. I have watched on an on off basis. I was curious abt one thing. Swaroop Bajwa seems to hate Pawaniyas though she is against the enemity between the families and is a nice person herself. What is the reason behind it? Also in one scene there was a mention of Jagan trying to molest Amrit. What had happened? What is the reason behind this rivalry?

I tried looking up in wiki n also in It but there is no written update archive. Would be thankful if anybody can answer my question.

Swaroop opposing the alliance came out of the blue I feel. Haven't been watching religously either, so I maybe wrong. Swaroop had an affair with Jagan and was publically humiliated. Harjeet is doing the same with Simmy now it looks like. And everyone thinks the Bajwas killed Charan (Mannu's dad)...I didn't watch the show back then so I have no idea what happened! So these are two reasons for the enmity that I know of. The jagan-amrit thing is news to me.

Swaroop was always very nice to Amba and her kids and even played love guru to Raman a couple times. IDK how her behaviour is explained.

I have no idea! All I know is that Charan went to break up the fight and got shot in the process. Seemed to me that power hungry Jagan had schemed to kill his brother, but after seeing how emotional he was over his mother's death, I'm not so sure 😆 let me know if you find out, though! 😃

Will certainly watch that epi. Jagan is a mystery to me 😆 hopefully coz it will focus on a love story between grown up leads and all that works in IF is romance 😆 not sure if I will watch it though. I can already sense where it's headed and Simmi Raman will most probably did or one among them will for sure. Maybe Raman n this will drive a wedge between Mannu Raj.

I am not a huge fan of leaps either but considering that the leap will make way for a love story the show might get better TRP. Regardless the show will take a cliched route.

I love jai and amba chemistry. I want to continue that. I am against this leap because this leap is actuality not required. I start watching waaris because of ashish. Trp too increased after his enrty.

I want amba jai love story to continue. But they killed jai. This is my personal opinion. U please continue watching waaris. For me no ashish no waaris.

@bold Agreed! 😆

I think the casting has been fantastic thus far and I was impressed with all the guest appearances, so I'm going to tune in for the first few eps after the leap at least.

Simmi-Raman are obviously doomed, what with all the Heer-Ranjha comparison. I think they will both be killed off...they're teenagers, it'll be difficult to cast adults post-leap (I mean for kids to look completely different is far-fetched too).

I kinda hope it'll be Mannu-Rohan 😆 I know Rohan is a complete jerk, but I prefer hate/love stories (although they're so cliched) to childhood friendship blossoming into romance.

Hey, I loved Ashish too, but I'm quite certain his was always supposed to be a guest role-much like Iqbal Khan, Angad Hasija and all the others. The only permanent fixtures were the Pawaniyas (barring Charan) and the Bajwas, everyone else came and went.
