Written Update - May 7, 2007

Only a brief update today, as I am not feeling well.


Everyone in the house is sure that Priyanka is pregnant, and every1 is happy, EXCEPT Rishab. Doctor comes in the check up on Priyanka and tells them that the symptoms sure do indicate the Priyanka is expecting. Rahul is elated.

Priyanka is resting and Nikki comes to see her and tells her that now she will leave after delivery of her baby.

Rishab is downstairs and Anoushka tells him she has got something for him and asks him to hold out his hand. She puts sugar in his hand and congratulates him for becoming a Tauji.

Rishab tells Anoushka that no happiness can enter this house without his permission. Anoushka tells him that he was thinking of throwing Priyanka out, but now she will become permanent here. Nikki comes there and addresses Rishab as Jiju and Anoushka tells her to call him Tauji.

Priyanka goes for tests, and waiting for the tests she gets carried away in her dreams. Well daydreaming she sees that she is pregnant and Rahul is learning to walk, pregnancy progresses, and slowly Rahul can take a few steps alone, its her Godh Bharai, Rahul can come downstairs slowly. She delivers a baby girl and Rahul is walking and they both are very happy.

Rahul calls her to find out the results of the test and she snapped back to reality. She tells him she has not got the results yet, but will inform him as soon as she gets them. Rahul tells her he knows what the result is.

Nurse comes and hands Priyanka her test results. The result is Negative. Priyanka is not pregnant. Priyanka is really saddened by this news.

At home Rahul is waiting impatiently for Priyanka. When Rishab comes and asks him if he is waiting for Priyanka. Rahul tells him that now he has so many things to wait for. Priyanka, the happy news, the day he will walk again, and most of all he is waiting for the day when his baby will be born. They have named the baby but could not get what the name was.

Rishab tells him that heart is such a fool, there is no end to daydreaming, but he should realize what if Priyanka is not pregnant and he cannot walk again. Priyanka reaches home and is standing near the door and hears Rishab and Rahul. Rishab tells Rahul what if the baby is never born, you are expecting so much of Priyanka what if she cannot fulfill your expectations etc. Rishab just tries to tell Rahul that whatever he is dreaming will not be fulfilled and Rahul tells him not to say such bad things about his baby, as that is the thing that has given him hope.

Priyanka listens to their conversation with tears in her eyes, then wipes the tears, puts a smile on her face, and tells Rahul that the result is Positive. Rishab just stares at Priyanka and then Rahul. Rahul is really happy. Priyanka goes to Rahul and hugs him.
