At the Lamba House, Anoushka calls the doctor, she tells him that she does not want to come for a checkup but has decided to adopt a kid and needs some addresses. Rahul comes there very happy, takes the phone from her hand and tells the doctor that he has the address which Anou wants. Anoushka is very happy and asks him if he has seen the child, he says no not yet but has brought a photo, and has heard the heartbeats of the kid.
Priyanka comes to see Meera, takes ashirwad, Meera gives her ashirwad of "sada suhagan". Priyanka tells Meera that she has taken a decision without her permission and the decision is that jethaniji will become a mother before her. Meera tells her not to take such a decision, Priyanka tells her that she has decided that jethaniji will become a mother few minutes before her and that God is with her in this decision. Priyanka then opens a box with 2 small statues of Bhagwan. Meera guesses "twins", Priyanka says yes the first will be jethaniji's and the second mine. Meera hugs her.
Rahul tells Anoushka that Priyanka will be having twins and they have decided that Priyanka will not become a mother before her and they have decided to give their first kid to her, Anoushka is very happy. Priyanka comes in, Anou and Priyanka do not say anything to each other but just converse by nodding their heads, and hug each other. Anoushka then listens to the heartbeat of the babies. Anouskha then congratulates Priyanka and Priya congratulates Anou.
Anoushka tells Priyanka that if she were in her place she would not have done such a sacrifice. Priyanka tells her that she is doing is selfishly as she knows that Anou would prove to be a very good mother. Juhi comes to tell them that the moon has been sighted and to come perform the ritual as men are waiting.
All 3 ladies (Priya, Anou and Meera) look at the moon, then at their husbands, perform aarti, and the husbands give them water. Priya and Anou have the water but Meera does not. Priyanka then takes all of them away for dinner leaving Meera and Raman alone.
Meera tells Raman that she wanted to tell him something, Raman says that is it more important than opening your fast.
Anoushka brings Rishab to the room, he sees the palna and gets angry at Anoushka for deciding on things when he had told her they would talk about it. Anoushka tells him that Priyanka is pregnant. Rishab is even more angry and tells her is this a good news. Anoushka tells him that Priyanka is expecting twins and the first kid will be ours. Rishab gets more angry and tells her that from now on they will sit in front of Kharbanda house with a bowl in hand, asking for alms (bheek), Anoushka asks him what has Kharbanda's to do with it, Rishab says who is giving birth to the child a Kharbanda, Anoushka tells him that its his brother child.
Meera tells Raman that they are going to become Dada Dadi, Raman is happy that Anoushka is pregnant. Meera tells him that Anoushka will become a mother but Priyanka is pregnant and is expecting twins and she will give her first born to Anoushka and the second one will be Priyankas. Priyanka comes there with the food thali for Meera, Raman looks at her and leaves.
Meera is very depressed, Priyanka tells her to open the fast. Meera does not open the fast, she feels that after so many years she still does not know her husband, and she did not expect him to react this way. Priyanka tells her that she had expected Raman to react this way, and tells Meera that when the 2 small kids arrive they will deal with their Dada and will be able to end the enmity between the 2 families as well. Meera tells Priyanka that for Raman the enmity is more important than her. Raman walks in and tells Meera Dadi Amma badhaee ho, and puts some sweet in her mouth. Raman walks to where Priyanka is and she takes his ashirwad, he takes out a bundle of money from his pocket, and gives it to her to distribute sweets among children in the orphanage. He then takes the Kajal from Meera eyes and puts a dot on Priyanka's forehead, saying that nothing should happen to the happiness and she has given then double happiness.
Priyanka asks him to take care of Meera as she has not eaten yet and hands him the thali.
