The mob is throwing stones at the Kharbanda residence. Kailash gets angry and goes out firing his gun, the mob runs away. Police reach there to find out if everyone if ok. Kailash gives the officer a big lecture, the officer asks him to come along to the Police Station to identify the people involved.
Rishab is in his office, happily talking to one of the guys in the mob and asks him to leave the city. Ronnie comes in angry looking, Rishab tells him that I am happy whats bugging you, Ronnie replies that he will make sure Rahul's and Priya's relationship breaks.
Ronnie asks Rishab why is he in the office so late, Rishab tells him that he needs to do something after everyone leaves. He informs Ronnie that Tanya has resigned. He tells Ronnie that Rahul has got a very sensitive file and it will be trouble if he understands that file.
Rahul and Priyanka arrive at the Police Station. Kunal and Kailash are there, the cop informs them that those people do not belong to the Chembur Factory, Kailash tells him then it must be done by their enemy, the Officer asks them if they suspect anyone, Kunal takes the name of Rishab Lamba and says he wants to register an FIR. Kailash tells Kunal that he would like to make a phone call and leaves.
Meera brings Anou home, phone rings, she answers, its Kailash, she tells Raman the call is for him. Raman answers the phone. Kailash tells him that he would like to meet him to set the rules for their enmity
Kailash comes back to Kunal and the police officer and they Kailash tells the officer that lets see now what you do in this matter and leave, they see Priya and Rahul standing there. Rahul wishes them, Kunal ignores them, but Kailash tells Rahul that he should come home. Priya and Rahul both are happy as well as surprised.
Ronnie and Rishab are alone in the office and its dark, they use a torchlight to go to Rahuls office and search for the file. Ronnie asks Rishab whats in the file, Rishab says that there is enough material there to build a bomb. They search everywhere but cannot find the file. Rahul is at home going through the file.
Kailash and Kunal in the car going home, Kunal asks Kailash why was he so sweet to Rahul. Kailash tells him that he need to control his anger otherwise they will lose the war, in order to be vijay he will need to control his temper, and tells him being sweet to Rahul is his strategy in this enmity and he will use Rahul as a Mohra. Kunal agrees to this.
Priya tells Rahul to go to sleep, but he tells her he needs to study this file as he felt that Rishab wanted to keep this file hidden away from him, and when he got it Rishab "harbara gaya tha" so he needs to find out whats in the file.
Tanya calls Kunal and tells him she needs a job in his company, Kunal tells her she's got it and they agree to meet at the restaurant.
Rahul is sleeping, Priya awake, she sees the file lying on the table, gets up, goes and sits on the sofa, lights the lamp, picks up the file and starts reading it.
Kunal and Tanya meet at the restaurant.
Rahul is still sleeping and Priya reading the file, she is making notes, but she keeps looking at Rahul. She reaches a page titled "FOCUL POINT" and thinks and jots down a name "Kishore Bhagat".
Kunal and Tanya are at the restaurant, Kunal asks her if Rishab has asked her to join him, as he knows that she loves Rishab. Tanya tells him that the love is only one sided for Rishab she is a "Bdchalan Aurat" good for time pass, and now she hates him. Kunal tells her to work at Rishab's office for him, she is annoyed and hands him the tapes and leaves. Kunal asks her what are these tapes, she tells him these are the tapes he has used to make the one tape that was presented as a proof against him, and using these tapes he can put Rishab in jail.
