i am using windows 7

can somebody please tell me the rendering option(Sony Vegas Pro 11)in which a 6 min video can be rendered in within 300 MBs when i tried to render using following rendering options

Video for windows
_HD 1080-60i YUV

and

XDCAM EX(MP4)
_HQ 1920X1080-60i 35 Mbps VBR

final product was 22 GB😭
pls somebody help me with rendering its urgent
